Abstract
Description
The invention relates to technical structures used for cooling circulating water with a circulating water supply system, made in the form of a tower with natural or forced air draft.
Famous cooling towers consist of an exhaust tower, a catchment basin, pressure supply pipelines, a water distribution system, an irrigation device with a frame, and anti-icing structures in the form of a spray device and winter hinged shields.
The cooling tower is a heat exchanger, in which the coolant - water, transfers heat to the cooling air by direct contact. In the well-known cooling tower for these purposes, an irrigation device operating in counterflow mode is used - water from the supply pipelines is poured onto the distribution system inside the tower, and from there on top of the sprinkler to the upward air flow, which causes the water stream to break into tiny drops and, as a result, a multiple increase in the blown surface of the liquid. Such a system also increases the volume of the formed air-water mixture, which affects the dimensions of the tower in plan. Part of the air-water mixture is carried outside the cooling tower, forming a mixture of steam and water droplets. The condensate cooled on the walls of the tower destroys the walls of the tower and the pool both due to filtration processes, and purely mechanically, due to friction with salts and dust inside the condensate.
In addition, under the conditions of periodic heating, freezing and thawing processes, the tower and the pool itself are not only subject to icing, but, having large surface areas and a significant contour length, can make temperature movements relative to the foundation and relative to its own parts of the structure, which lead to cracking, and then to the destruction of the walls.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the volume of the carried out steam-air mixture, to reduce the material consumption of the structure and to extend the overhaul life of the cooling tower.
The problem is solved in that the cooling tower for cooling the circulating water is made in the form of a tower with natural or forced draft air, and pressure ducts are installed outside the tower, with water supply to the system of ramps inclined to the horizontal, located one above the other inside closed ducts, and the ramps have through a lattice impervious to water and permeable to air drawn from below, and air ducts connected to the tower.
The condition of “distinctive features” is the installation of pressure pipelines outside the tower with water supply to a system of ramps inclined to the horizontal, located one above the other inside closed ducts, the ramps having a through grill that is impermeable to water and permeable to air supplied from below, and the ducts are connected to the tower.

2.The complex effect on a thin layer of slowly moving
When
