При оценке симптомов стандартным международным опросником: IPSS - 22, QOL - 4, на УЗИ - умеренная отечность предстательной железы, при пальцевом исследовании предстательной железы - резкая болезненность, неравномерная структура, остаточная моча 25 мм, общий анализ мочи, сок предстательной железы. Больному установлен диагноз: хронический бактериальный простатит, гиперплазия предстательной железы I степени.When assessing symptoms with a standard international questionnaire: IPSS - 22, QOL - 4, ultrasound - moderate swelling of the prostate gland, with a digital examination of the prostate gland - sharp pain, uneven structure, residual urine of 25 mm, general urine analysis, juice of the prostate gland. Больному в течение нескольких лет проводилась лекарственная терапия с незначительным эффектом. На фоне лекарственной терапии назначено ношение белья лечебно-профилактического заявленной конструкции товарного знака "ДИ’НАС" в течение 40 дней. Больной носил лечебные трусы с двух-, трех- и двенадцатичасовыми перерывами на гигиеническую обработку. После проведенного лечения под влиянием указанной терапии отмечено: исчезновение болей, активация копулятивной функции (либидо, эрекции), улучшение общего самочувствия. Побочных явлений не отмечено. Снижение IPSS в два с лишним раза и QOL в два с лишним раза, остаточной мочи нет. Результаты исследований над группой больных приведены в таблице.
