Description

The invention relates to printing and office equipment used in any industry for the rapid production of prints on sheet material, and in particular to methods and devices for manufacturing prints of a string of characters on payment documents - receipts, invoices, receipts for payment for goods and / or services, etc. P.

There is a type of settlements using plastic cards, for example discount cards, according to which individuals and legal entities that are members of an association that includes shops and firms of various directions can save a significant part of their budget, because get a discount on the price that all other buyers use. This is the most convenient way of interaction between the seller and the buyer.

When using a discount card, the seller must know the discount provided to the customer on the card. The amount of the discount can be included in the discount card. Upon purchase, the seller must remove key information from the card. To remove this information you need a specific device and method for implementing this task.

On existing maps, key information is removed by the seller visually without documentary evidence. This leads to possible errors and fakes.

The prior art is characterized by the following inventions. An analogue of the proposed method is a method of manufacturing prints on a sheet material described in A.S. USSR No. 1567396, B 41 M 3/00 for 1990. According to this method, sheets of copy material are sequentially applied onto the printing form, a sealed sheet with an elastic protective pad and pressure is created between the printing form.

An analogue of the claimed device is a manual marking device according to the application for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 9404448, B 41 J 3/00, 3/36 for 1996. It consists of a writing head, which is driven by the electricity of the writing head, for drawing characters on the surface of the medium, mainly paper, as well as a sensor for detecting movement of the writing head in any direction in a plane parallel to the surface of the medium, and means for automatically actuating the head from the moment of detecting the relative movement of the head and over media with a means of selecting the type and size of the applied characters.

The complexity of the known device is convinced by the enumeration of structural elements - a writing inkhead, cartridge, batteries, pressure sensor, sensor assembly and, moreover, flexible printed circuits. And, as you know, the complexity of the design is inherent in an adequate decrease in reliability, which, combined with an increase in cost and high requirements for the technological capabilities of the manufacturer of the device, accordingly reduces the consumer attractiveness of the product.

The closest analogue of the claimed method is a method of manufacturing prints on sheet material according to US patent No. 5399021, CL. B 65 D 33/34, 03/21/1995, which consists in laying the said material on the side of the embossed signs of the plastic card, fixing the card and the material from involuntary displacements and forming an impression by friction on the surface of the sheet material in the area of the embossed signs of the card number.

The closest analogue of the claimed manual marking device for implementing the inventive method is a drawing tool according to patent No. WO 8200444, class. B 23 K 27/00, 02/18/1982, consisting of a body with a solid coloring element at the end, wherein the coloring element is made of a set of plates forming a surface.

The essence of the method of manufacturing prints on the sheet material is that they impose said material on the side of the line of embossed signs of the plastic card, fix the card and the material from involuntary displacements and form an impression by friction on the surface of the sheet material in the area of the line of embossed signs of the card.

The difference of the claimed method from the closest analogue is that the print is formed using a manual marking device, the coloring element of which is made of a set of plates forming a surface, press it vertically perpendicular to the sheet material and move the marking device in this position along or across the line embossed signs.

These distinctive features allow us to achieve a technical result, which consists in reducing labor costs and time, simplifying the method of obtaining prints from plastic cards, increasing the accuracy and reliability of control in the interaction of the seller and the buyer, and the ability to receive prints in both multi-colored and one-color, but different colors.

In addition, these differences were not found in other sources of the prior art, which allows us to conclude that the claimed invention, expressed by this combination of features, meets all the conditions of patentability.

The manual marking device, which leaves a mark on the sheet material when moving and in contact with it, consists of a body with a solid coloring element at its end, while the coloring element is made of a set of plates forming a surface. The difference between the claimed device and the closest analogue is that this hand-held marking device is designed to implement a method of manufacturing prints on a sheet of material in which the said sheet material is laid on the side of the line of embossed signs of the plastic card, the card and the material are fixed from involuntary offsets and formed a friction imprint on the surface of the sheet material in the area where the line of embossed map marks is located the fact that it is intended to implement the claimed method.

These features also allow to achieve a technical result.

These differences were not found in other sources of the prior art, which allows us to conclude that the claimed invention, expressed by this combination of features, meets all the conditions of patentability.

Figure 1, 2 and 3 shows the movement patterns of the proposed manual marking device fixed on a plastic card sheet material, such as a receipt, respectively, in the longitudinal, transverse direction parallel to the carrier of the coloring element (horizontal - figure 1, 2) and perpendicular to it (vertical - figure 3).

Figure 4 shows a parallel coloring element at the end of the casing of a parallelepiped shape, and figure 5 is a perpendicular (vertical) painting element with a housing made with a disk-shaped fixing end, Fig.6 is a fragment of a type-setting coloring element, for example, multicolor.

A method of manufacturing prints on sheet material is as follows.

Example 1

Sheet material 3 (Fig. 1) is placed on the side of the line of embossed signs (numbers) 2 of a plastic card, for example a discount. The manual marking device 4 is oriented beyond the end of the body with the coloring element 5 along the character string symmetrically to it, the end of the body with the member 5 is pressed against the surface of the sheet material and the marking device 4 is moved to the opposite side of the character string in this position for one or more reciprocal movements until receiving a clear imprint of the marks on the sheet material corresponding to the string of marks on the plastic card. The card and sheet material in this case are fixed from involuntary displacements.

Example 2

The manufacture of the print on the sheet material 3 is performed as described in example 1 with the movement of the device 4 with a parallel coloring element across the line of signs of the card (figure 2).

The manufacture of the impression on the sheet material 3 is performed as described in example 1, by moving the proposed device 4 with a parallel coloring element from one end of the line to the other simultaneously oriented along the line of map marks along with reciprocating movements across the line (Fig. 1 and 2, a combination of movements )

The manufacturing of the print on the sheet material is carried out as described in Example 1, 2 and 3 by the device 5 with a perpendicular coloring element (Fig. 3) with a periodic rotation of the device, for example, at the end of the line of signs 2 by an angle of 90 ° about its axis.

The manual marking device 4 in Fig. 4 consists of a body with a cylindrical horizontally oriented end 6, fixing the position of the device 4 relative to the sheet material 3 (Figs. 1, 2) by means of one hand imprinting. The end 6 is paired with a parallelepiped platform 7 on the opposite end of the housing, to the lower side of which is attached a solid coloring element made of a set of plates forming a surface, for example, of side metal bars 8 and a middle plate 9 made of a mixture of graphite and filler.

The device 4 in FIG. 5 has a case with a disk-shaped end 10 with a cylindrical protrusion on one side of the disk, in the recess of which a cylindrical element 12 is mounted in the casing 11. This element can be similar to a fragment of the element in FIG. 6, having three graphite-containing plates 9 with filler of different colors.

The additional industrial applicability of the claimed solutions is confirmed by the widespread use of commercial operations in the activities of enterprises and firms with the provision of price discounts to consumers even if there are additional costs.

The claimed method and devices successfully solve the problem of minimizing the cost of discounting sales without increasing time costs using commercially available materials for this purpose. The manufacturing techniques of the devices are extremely simple, and their production cannot have limitations on the suitability of the production facilities for this, even with a minimum of equipment on them.

The successful use of the claimed method and devices is guaranteed to provide widespread use of plastic cards, the production of which is also universally mastered.

In addition, the claimed solutions have a good prospect for improving and minimizing costs when using manual marking devices, consisting of a solid ink element, partially wrapped with tape with a single-sided adhesive layer equivalent to the body.

Industrial applicability is also confirmed by an experimental verification of the method and device in the functioning of the UNIVERSAL CLUB consumer club in Samara, the result of which is guaranteed to be attractive for firms, organizations of a different structure and legal form.

The clear interest of the companies in contact with the club in the declared decisions was a decisive factor in the decision of the applicant to file an application for a patent for an invention.

Therefore, this application also confirms the possibility of multiple reproduction of the method and devices.

A method of manufacturing prints on a sheet of material, which consists in laying said material on the side of the line of embossed signs of the plastic card, fixes the card and the material from involuntary offsets and forms an impression by friction on the surface of the sheet material in the area of the line of embossed signs of the card, the fact that the print is formed using a manual marking device, the coloring element of which is made of a set of plates forming a surface, press it vertically dicularly to the sheet material and move the marking device in this position along or across the line of embossed signs. 2.
