The invention relates to veterinary and medical helminthology. The invention is directed not to solve the problem of the prevention of helminthiases in animals and humans.
The problem to which the invention is directed is to significantly accelerate the production of invasive larvae necessary for experimental infection and the disclosure of the biological cycle. It is also a task to identify methods of transmission and prevention of animal parasites - mulleriosis, which are localized in a mature state in the lungs, nerve tissue and muscles. The task is to identify in humans angiostrongilosis and other dangerous parasites of this group that cause meningoencephalitis. The method is easy to learn by any practical and scientific worker related to issues of veterinary and medical helminthology.
с.-х. 1983). There are methods for determining the infection of pulmonary terrestrial mollusks that spontaneously penetrate metastrongilid larvae upon contact with fecal masses of productive animals and rats. These methods require additional work related to the compression study of mollusk organs - intermediate hosts (EE Shumakovich. "Helminthiasis of ruminants", M., Kolos, 1968; K.I. Skryabin, A.M. Petrov. "Fundamentals of veterinary nematology ", M., Kolos, 1964; K.I. Abuladze and others." Parasitology and invasive diseases of farm animals ", Agropromizdat, 1990; V.V. Gorokhov" Ecological basics of the control of harmful mollusks ", All-Union Academician. Agricultural sciences named after Lenin. - M., Kolos, 1983).
The essence of the claimed invention is as follows. In the course of the study, the authors found that if the metastrongilide larvae culture obtained by the Berman-Orlov method with feces kept for no more than 5 minutes, taken preferably no later than 8-10 hours, should be injected without sterility into a ground mollusk with a well-developed mantle fold acting as a lung , for example, of a grape snail, on the 8th day the larvae at the stage of completion of the first molt are localized on the inner surface of the lung of the infected mollusk. From the 18th day after infection, a second, main molt occurs and by the 26th day the larvae reach the invasive (infectious) stage. Since that time, about 20% of the total number of injected larvae through the respiratory opening exit. The remaining mass of larvae remains in the lung until the end of the mollusk's life.
The possibility of practical implementation of the claimed invention is confirmed by the following. The larval culture of metamtrongilide after injection into a 2 ml syringe under MBS-9 (8 * 2) is injected, departing 3-5 mm from the edge and 1-2 mm from the pedal gland. The immersion depth of the needle is at least half the leg thickness with the expectation that a culture of larvae of 40 or more specimens and a fluid volume of not more than 2 ml, introduced at 4-5 points, will be in the cavity of pedal venous sinuses.
After reaching the invasive state, live snails remove the shell, cut a mantle flap (lung of a mollusk) without a heart and kidney. Place it on a glass slide on the MBS-9 table (8 * 2) and scrape off the surface layer, revealing in the scraping the spiral coiled larvae of the metastrongilide group, a characteristic feature of which is the presence of a tip and a short spike on the tail end. The resulting larvae are used for experimental infection of animals.
ч. Thus, the proposed method of infection of the mollusks of the metastrongilide group has significant differences from those known in both helminthological and biological, including medical literature.
