Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and oil refining industry and can be used in oil production in the fields, in oil refineries when refining oil from contaminating components.
A known installation for the purification of oily wastewater (RF Patent 2133222, class C 02 F 1/40, publ. 20.07.99), including a tubular sump separator, which is equipped with sprayers of purified water. Water is purified by passing contaminated water through a layer of oil. In this case, impurities of oil and oil products in contaminated water are captured in the oil layer. The effect of water treatment depends on the degree of mixing of contaminated water with oil, which is a layer in the upper part of the sump on the surface of the water layer. The disadvantage of the installation is the insufficient mixing of contaminated water with oil, which is in the form of a layer in the sump.
Known installation for oil refining (RF Patent 2118198, CL. 01 D 17/028, publ. 22.08.98). The installation is a capacitive-type settling apparatus with internal partitions and nozzles for supplying refined oil and supplying washing fluid, and the washing fluid is supplied by spraying over part of the oil surface. The oil is washed with a sprayable washing liquid and is further refined by settling. The disadvantages of the installation are the inadequate mixing of oil with the flushing fluid supplied by spraying and the use of a settling tank of a capacitive type, which is cumbersome and expensive.
The objective of this technical proposal is to increase the efficiency of oil refining.
The technical result leading to the solution of the problem is to increase the efficiency of oil refining by increasing the degree of mixing of oil with flushing fluid and the use of a more efficient settling apparatus.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a known installation for oil refining, including a sump, nozzles for supplying cleaned oil and washing liquid, an oil mixer with washing liquid, according to the invention, a tub sump-separator, nozzles for supplying oil and washing liquid are used as a sump inside the sump are placed coaxially in the form of a pipe in a pipe, and the inner pipe is perforated with a plugged end.
The use of a tubular sump separator (Patent RF 2089259, class B 01 D 17/00, publ. 09/10/97) in the installation increases the efficiency of the installation, especially at facilities with low oil consumption and remote from manufacturing plants, in hard-to-reach places.
Placing the nozzles for supplying oil and flushing liquid inside the sump in the form of a pipe in a pipe with perforation of the inner pipe and a plugged end provides highly efficient mixing of oil with the flushing liquid in a compact space before the sludge settling process begins in the sump. In this case, favorable conditions are created for the sludge and oil refining process, since disturbances that interfere with the process of gravitational sludge in the sump are eliminated.
The installation diagram for oil refining is shown in the drawing.
7. The installation includes a tubular sump separator 1, a hydraulic unit 2, a pipe for supplying oil 3, a pipe for supplying washing liquid 4, a pipe for removing purified oil 5, a pipe for removing used washing liquid 6, a pipe for removing gas 7.
Installation works as follows.
The oil to be cleaned is fed into the tubular sump-separator 1 through the nozzle 3. The open end of the nozzle 3 inside the sump is placed at the height of the middle of the height of the sump 1. And through the nozzle 4 serves the flushing fluid. This nozzle is placed concentrically inside the nozzle 3. The end of the nozzle 4 is drowned out with a pointed plug and lowered into the nozzle 3 to the maximum level. A section of the pipe 4 located inside the pipe 3 is perforated, creating numerous holes. Oil and flushing fluid are supplied to the tubular sump separator under pressure so that the flushing fluid forms numerous jets when leaving the nozzle 4 through the perforation holes. These jets penetrate the oil flow in the annulus, while the oil and the flushing fluid are intensively mixed, which ensures the flushing and refining of the oil. The mixed mixture of oil and washing liquid leaves the pipe 3 in the tubular sump separator 1. Subsequently, as the mixture accumulates in the sump, the mixture layer moves along the upper horizontal pipe of the tubular sump separator and the refined oil flows into the far right vertical compartment of the tubular sump separator. When moving along the upper horizontal pipe of the sump, oil and flushing fluid are separated. The flushing liquid settles in the intermediate vertical compartments and further into the lower part of the sump, from where it is removed through the pipe 6 from the sump 1. The level of the oil-flushing interface is maintained by a water trap 2 or any other level control device. Refined oil from the far right vertical compartment is removed through pipe 5. If necessary, the oil level in this compartment is regulated by one of the known level controllers. The released gas from the oil is removed through the pipe 7 through the pressure regulator.
The proposed installation for oil refining can be used in the purification of oil from salts, solids, hydrogen sulfide, water, etc. Basically, water with the necessary additives of different compositions and the required temperature is used as a washing liquid, depending on the conditions and purification from specific contaminants.
Installation for oil refining can improve the efficiency of oil refining, to obtain high-quality refined oil at the lowest cost of reagents in the form of additives to the washing liquid and the washing liquid itself.
