Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to poultry farming.
There is a way to increase the immune status in chickens, including the introduction of bifidumbacterin and thymalin into eggs with 18-day-old embryos during their transfer to conclusion (RF patent 2104705, publ. 02.20.98). However, this method, involving the introduction of immuno-stimulants into an egg, is technically complicated.
с. в БИ 10, 1981).A known method of stimulating the development of chickens, providing for the cooling of eggs from 13 to 19 days of incubation for 1 h at a temperature of 17-19 o (AS USSR 812252, publ. In BI 10, 1981).
There is a method of stimulating the development of chickens, providing for the cooling of eggs during the incubation process, characterized in that in order to increase hatchability and increase the efficiency of subsequent poultry rearing by increasing stress resistance, eggs are subjected to cooling from 13 to 18 days of incubation, the duration of which is progressively increasing.
These methods, involving the incubation of eggs at a changed temperature, can stimulate the embryonic development of the bird, increase the hatchability of eggs and the output of healthy young animals, increase its stress resistance, but do not lead to an increase in the immune status of the obtained young birds.
Currently, the incubation mode of chickens is used, described in the methodological recommendations “Incubation of eggs of poultry”, Sergiev Posad, 2001, in which the operating temperature of the incubation cabinet of the serial incubator IUP-F-45 is 37.6 o С, and the output temperature (IUV-F -15) - 37.2 o With a relative humidity of 50-55%. This solution is selected as a prototype.
Its disadvantage is that the incubation temperature of the eggs in the specified prototype does not provide the claimed technical result.
55-60%.The claimed method consists in the following. Eggs of chickens are incubated at a temperature of 38.4-38.8 ° C from 1 to 18 days and 38.0-38.4 ° C from 18 to 21 days at a relative humidity of 55-60%.
The technical result consists in the fact that incubation of eggs at the indicated temperature and humidity conditions leads to an increase in the blood serum of young animals obtained from the concentration of maternal antibodies coming from the yolk and post-vaccination antibodies formed in the bird's body in response to antigen administration.
Example. The experiment was carried out in laboratory conditions of the incubation department of VNITIP. To conduct an experiment from 360-year-old chickens of egg-meat breed Plymutroc vaccinated against Newcastle disease in the same way, 360 pieces of hatching eggs were obtained, which were divided into 180 groups by analogue method. The eggs of the experimental group were incubated in accordance with the temperature and humidity conditions specified in the proposed method, and the eggs of the control group in accordance with the generally accepted regime.
All hatched chickens from each group were labeled and planted under the same conditions. On the fourth day of cultivation in each group, 50 heads of chickens were selected by random sampling, which were decapitated to take blood and obtain serum for serological analysis for the presence of maternal antibodies to Newcastle disease virus antigens. The remaining chickens of the experimental and control groups at 18 days of age were immunized with a standard dose of live virus vaccine against Newcastle disease from La Soto strain on days 7 and 22 after vaccination in each group, 50 heads of chickens were selected randomly in each group blood was taken for serological tests. The presence of antibodies in blood serum was determined in RZHA according to the standard method.
The research results are shown in the table.
From the above data it is seen that the proposed method provides an increase in the concentration of maternal and post-vaccination antibodies in the blood serum of chickens by more than 2 times.
