Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of chemical methods for removing paint coatings, in particular to compositions of washes based on organic solvents.
The basis of organic washes, as a rule, are active solvents and cosolvents. In addition, paint remover compositions contain a number of functional additives: evaporation retarders, thickeners, disintegrants, corrosion inhibitors and emulsifiers.
Known domestic compositions of washes (brands SD and AFT-1) (I.F. Itsko. Removal of coatings. - L .: Chemistry, 1991, p. 47) containing dioxalan 13 as an active solvent. A significant drawback of these washes is their fire hazard, which limits the scope of their application. The same disadvantages are inherent in the composition described in US patent 4732695, (publ. 22.03.88 g), the formulation of which used a mixture of benzyl alcohol and alkylbenzenes.
- относительно низкая скорость удаления покрытий (на эмали ЭП-140 18 и более минут);
- технологические трудности применения, обусловленные использованием твердого не растворимого в системе загустителя, что требует принятия специальных мер для предотвращения расслаивания суспензии и дополнительных операций по удалению твердых частиц загустителя с обработанной поверхности;
Closest to the proposed washing formula is the composition according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2041901 (publ. 20.02. 1995), containing methylene chloride as an active solvent, ethanol as a co-solvent, paraffin as a vaporization inhibitor, acetic acid as a disintegrant, and as a corrosion inhibitor urotropine, thickener - aerosil and derivatives of dialkylpolyethylene-glycol ether of phosphoric acid, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Ethyl alcohol - 5.6-15.5
Paraffin - 1.0-2.0
Acetic acid - 1.0-1.5
VAT residues of methylene chloride production - 5.0-10.0
Aerosil - 1.0-2.0
Urotropin - 2.0-3.0
Production of dialkylpolyethylene-glycol ether of phosphoric acid - 2.5-3.0
Methylene Chloride - Up to 100.0
The disadvantages of the described composition of the wash are:
- relatively low speed of removal of coatings (on enamel EP-140 18 minutes or more);
- technological difficulties in use due to the use of a solid thickener that is not soluble in the system, which requires special measures to prevent delamination of the suspension and additional operations to remove solid particles of the thickener from the treated surface;
- a relatively high price index and the inaccessibility of a number of ingredients.
The objective of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the wash, improve the manufacturability of the application and the use of more affordable and cheap components as functional additives.
