Abstract

FIELD: chemical industry; production of methane and its derivants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydrocarbons using the following method: 10-80 % water solution of heteropolyacid of 2-18 row H6[P2W18O62] is heat up to temperature 70-140 C. Then a leaden or copper plate is dipped in the solution and after 3-15 minutes the process of regeneration of an anionic complex [P2W18O62]6- shall begin. After that a gas mixture with concentration of hydrocarbon of no more than 60 vol.% and concentration of oxygen of no less then 5 vol.% is passing through the solution under pressure of 700-800 mmHg till production of methane or one of saturated hydrocarbons. EFFECT: production of methane from carbon dioxide in industrial volumes.

Способ получения метана и его производных, основным сырьем для которого является углекислый газ, отличающийся тем, что 10-80%-ный водный раствор гетерополикислоты 2-18 ряда H6[P2W18O62] нагревают до температуры 70-140°С, далее в раствор погружают свинцовую или медную пластину и выжидают 3-15 мин до начала процесса восстановления анионного комплекса [P2W18O62]6-, после чего через раствор при давлении 700-800 мм рт.ст. пропускают газовую смесь с концентрацией углекислого газа не более 60 об.% и концентрацией кислорода не менее 5 об.% до получения одного из насыщенных углеводородов.A method of producing methane and its derivatives, the main feed for which is carbon dioxide, characterized in that a 10-80% aqueous solution of heteropoly acid 2-18 series H 6 [P 2 W 18 O 62 ] is heated to a temperature of 70-140 ° C , then a lead or copper plate is immersed in the solution and wait 3-15 minutes until the recovery process of the anionic complex [P 2 W 18 O 62 ] 6- begins , then through the solution at a pressure of 700-800 mm Hg pass the gas mixture with a carbon dioxide concentration of not more than 60 vol.% and an oxygen concentration of not less than 5 vol.% to obtain one of the saturated hydrocarbons.
