Abstract

FIELD: chemistry of polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing impact-strength copolymers of styrene. Method for preparing impact-strength polystyrene is carried out by preliminary polymerization in mass or in the presence of solvent at stirring elastomer solution in styrene up to termination of inversion of phases at enhanced temperature in the presence of initiating agent of radical type and regulator of molecular mass and with termination of polymerization process in mass or aqueous suspension. Invention provides the development of method for preparing impact-strength polystyrene with good complex of physical-mechanical properties and lustrous surface. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 19 ex
