Abstract
FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with detecting protein degradability of fodder's components due to placing the samples of components into ruminants' rumen for incubation, moreover, the samples of all fodder's components or those of a diet should be placed into one nylon sac before incubation depending upon diet's structure, weight for every fodder's component or that of a diet in sample (weighed portion) is determined in accordance with its percentage portion of dry matter in a diet. The suggested method is more accurate against the well-known ones. Application of one sac for fodders' incubation enables to simplify the method, shorten labor capacity and time for carrying out necessary analysis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 1 ex, 3 tbl

Способ определения качества протеина кормов, включающий определение расщепляемости протеина компонентов корма путем помещения проб компонентов в рубец жвачных животных для инкубирования, отличающийся тем, что пробы всех компонентов корма (рациона) перед инкубированием помещают в один нейлоновый мешочек с учетом структуры рациона, причем массу каждого компонента корма (рациона) в пробе (навеске) определяют в соответствии с его процентной долей сухого вещества в рационе.A method for determining the quality of feed protein, including determining the breakdown of protein of feed components by placing samples of components in a rumen of ruminants for incubation, characterized in that the samples of all components of the feed (diet) are placed in one nylon bag before incubation, taking into account the structure of the diet, and the weight of each component feed (diet) in the sample (sample) is determined in accordance with its percentage of dry matter in the diet.
