The technical problem solved by the utility model is to expand the arsenal of tools that allow increasing the functionality of shoes, designed to securely fix shoes on the feet of users, including those who are sedentary and limited in mobility. The essence of the utility model is that a shoe with a fastener contains a sole permanently connected to the front part for the toes, the back part for the heel, and the inner and outer side parts. The shoe fastener, connected to the toe, with the outer and inner side parts of the shoe tops, ends with a free clamp, permanently attached to a standard part of the shoe - the vamp, which, passing through a loop located in the upper part of the heel, bending around the heel, fixes it as the upper part feet and the user's Achilles heel. The prototype is a clip-on athletic shoe comprising a front toe section, a rear heel section, and an inner and outer side section. The front and back parts are permanently connected by the inner and outer side parts of the boot. All parts of the shoe are connected to the sole. The boot also contains a clasp that allows you to hold your foot. The fastener consists of two clips connected to each other by a separated fastening tape. The first element presses the front, inner and outer parts of the boot to the foot. The second clamp element presses the back of the leg against the Achilles heel.

The disadvantages of the found prototype are:

- excessive massiveness of the boot, resulting from the presence of several clips in the fastener design;

- the process of fastening shoe clips is accompanied by a deep tilt of the user’s torso forward and is quite difficult for sedentary and/or low-mobility users, especially during daily use.

The essence of the utility model is that a shoe with a fastener contains a sole permanently connected to the front part for the toes, the back part for the heel, and the inner and outer side parts; differs in that the fastener of the shoe, connected to the toe, with the outer and inner side parts of the upper parts of the shoe, ends with a free clamp, permanently attached to a standard part of the shoe - the vamp, which, passing through a loop located in the upper part of the heel, while bending around the heel, secures both the top of the foot and the user’s Achilles heel; in this case, the length of the clamp reaches the outer side of the fastener, and the free edge of the clamp ends with a latch, the counterpart of which is located on the outer side of the top of the shoe.

Shoes with a fastener (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) have a sole 1. The toe 2, the outer 3 and inner 4 sides of the ankle boots, the heel pad 5 are inextricably attached to the sole 1. The fastener 6 consists of a clamp 7, inseparably attached to a standard part of the shoe - the vamp from the inner 4 side of the shoe. The fastener 6 is made of the main material of the shoe or any other low-stretch material. At the free end of the clamp 7 there is a latch 8. Its counterpart 9 is located on the outer 3rd side of the top of the shoe. Clamp 7 passes through loop 10, permanently fixed in the upper central part of thrust bearing 5. The length of the loop corresponds to the width of clamp 7. Loop 10 is made, for example, of textile tape. The length of the clamp 7 reaches the outer side of the fastener 6 of the shoe, going around the heel 5.

Shoes with a fastener are used as follows: the user unfastens the mating part 9 of the fastener 8, releases the clamp 7 of the fastener 6. The free end of the clamp 7 passes through the loop 10. The user places the foot in the inner space of the shoe, then pulls the heel 5 by the free part of the loop 10 and fixes a comfortable foot position in shoes. Next, the user with one hand bends the leg around the Achilles heel with the free end of the clamp 7 and fixes it on the outer 3 side of the upper side of the shoe, using the mating part 9 of the clamp 8. Using the free end of the clamp 7, the clamp 8 and the mating part 9, the degree of fit of the shoe to the leg.

The design of the shoe fastener was developed by combining a standard part - the vamp with a clamp. The extended clasp serves as a secure fit and protects the instep. It can be made with any known type of lock.

The Achilles heel is the narrowest point of the foot; thanks to the presence of the loop, the clamp 7 maintains its location on the shoe, securely fixing it on the foot.

The fastener with integrated parts greatly facilitates the construction of the shoe. Users in a sitting or standing position, through a lateral tilt of the torso, excluding a deep tilt of the torso forward, can quickly and in one movement fix the shoes, individually adjusting the degree of fit to the foot. Quick and reliable fixation allows people with limited mobility and low mobility (for example, pregnant women or older people) to comfortably and independently put on and take off shoes in any body position.

The technical result of the utility model is to increase the functionality of shoes designed for reliable fixation of shoes on the feet of users, including sedentary and limited mobility, by expanding the arsenal of tools:

- ensuring reliable fixation of shoes on the foot, thanks to the combination of a one-piece vamp and clamp;

- the use of a loop through which the clamp passes, which makes it possible to hold it at the level of the user’s Achilles heel;

- use of a lock at the end of the clamp to allow self-regulation of the degree of fit of the shoe to the user’s foot.
