Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of protective clothing. SUBSTANCE: spacing clothing is adapted for placing between suit for isolating sucking and biting insects from penetration therethrough and user's body, and serves as spacer system for spacing outer surface of isolating clothing from user's body by distance inaccessible for insect's beak or stinger. Spacing clothing is made from net-like material having forming threads making said spacers. Forming threads of net-like material are ribbons of thickness substantially smaller than their width. Ribbons are deformed to form loops, knots, twisted portions, flexures and other members of net-like material, that are positioned with their width disposed between user's body and isolating clothing, namely, perpendicular thereto or in position close to perpendicular position, for constructing said spacer system and imparting light weight and flexibility to clothing. Spacing clothing may be further employed for protecting from unfavorable weather conditions when used in combination with isolating clothing of moisture-impermeable material. Description

 The invention relates to protective clothing and can be used to protect a person from blood-sucking and stinging insects or from adverse weather conditions when working outdoors.

Known protective suits against stinging and blood-sucking insects by:
1. V.D. Lukoyanov, V.N. Pavlenko. Beekeeping equipment, apiary equipment. M .: Agropromizdat, 1988, p. 24.

 The suit has only clothing insulating from the passage of the insects themselves. But such a suit, worn on a naked body or on light underwear, cannot protect against all stinging and blood-sucking insects, since the length of the stings or proboscis penetrating through the material of the suit is large enough to reach the body, especially in places where the protective suit concerns the human body.

 To protect yourself from these insects, you have to put on another suit of thick material under such a suit, which removes (distances) the insects from the human body or make this suit from thick material. In hot weather, this leads to overheating of the body.

 Such distance clothing is made of a network-like material, the forming elements of which serve as the specified spacers. Its purpose is to distance (distance) the insulating clothing from the body by a distance that protects the body from insects (from their proboscis or sting), and to provide good air access through this distance clothing to the human body to cool it. This object is accepted as the closest analogue.

 However, this well-known clothing does not have sufficient lightness and flexibility, which creates certain difficulties in its operation.

 The objective of the invention is the creation of lightweight, flexible and cheap in the manufacture of clothing.

 This problem is solved due to the fact that in the distance clothing of a protective suit, placed between the clothes insulating from the penetration of blood-sucking and stinging insects and the human body, which serves as a system of spacers that distance the outer surface of the insulating clothing from the human body at a distance inaccessible to the proboscis or sting an insect located on this surface and made of a network-like material, the forming threads of which with the elements of the network-like material performed by them are indicated p ribbons with a thickness significantly smaller than their width, which, creating loops, knots, twists, bends, and other elements of the network-like material, serve as the spokes forming the filaments of its network-like material, which put these ribbons in many places with their width apart from the human body and insulating clothing, is in a position perpendicular to them or close to that, creating the specified system of struts.

 The distance clothing is a shirt, trousers, front mesh, hat, hood, jumpsuit, mittens, gloves. In addition, the task is solved due to the fact that the ribbons of the network-like material are made of plastic, and to protect against adverse weather conditions, such distance clothing is used in conjunction with insulating clothing made of waterproof material.

 Crossing the tapes in the material makes the canvas even thicker and increases the distance. Thus, with the help of a tape having a small thickness and, therefore, a low material consumption, the necessary distance is created, which ensures low weight, the cost of distance clothing and its good flexibility. The use of plastic tapes reduces their cost and provides sufficient rigidity so as not to wrinkle strongly in width when loops, knots, twists, bends and other elements of network-like material are formed, which helps to maintain a sufficient amount of braces during the operation of clothes.

 But the stiffness of the material of the tape should be excessive, so as not to cause unpleasant sensations of the person in these clothes.

 In addition, the composition of the network-like material may include variants of these elements, their combinations, crosshairs and other elements of the material.

 Tests were conducted on distance clothing, the material of which is made of a low pressure polyethylene tape, 2-2.5 mm wide and 0.1-0.15 mm thick. The material of this garment was made as follows.

 The material consists of longitudinal knitted chains. Each connection of the chain loops is alternately connected by ribbons by spanning them with the same loop connections of the left and right neighboring chains. The tape connecting two adjacent tracks goes zigzag along the chains, covering loop connections of these two chains in turn. The distance between the chains is 12 mm.

 The protective suit during testing consisted of insulating clothing made of satin and distance clothing of the specified material in one layer. Even in the manufacture of clothing using such a thin and narrow ribbon using a single layer of material, there were no cases of stinging by bees or mosquito bites. Working in such a suit is extremely pleasant. The slightest breath of breeze reaches the beekeeper's body. There is no habitual on a hot day unpleasant sticking of a suit to a sweating body. No unpleasant sensations from the touch of a relatively hard material of plastic tapes were observed. The costume is very light.

 The proposed distance clothing can be used to protect from adverse weather conditions, for which it is used in conjunction with insulating clothing made of waterproof material. In this case, the distance from the body of the insulated clothing, cooled and possibly moistened with condensate, and the presence of air-tight, spaced clothing create comfortable conditions for a person.

The distance clothing of a protective suit, placed between the clothes that insulate against penetration of blood-sucking and stinging insects and the human body, which serves as a system of struts that move the outer surface of the insulating clothing from the human body to a distance that is not reachable by the proboscis or the sting of the insect on this surface, and made of a network-like material, the forming threads of which with the elements of the network-like material performed by them are said spacers, characterized in that the filaments of its network-like material are ribbons with a thickness significantly smaller than their width, which, creating loops, knots, twists, bends and other elements of network-like material, put these ribbons in many places with their width opposite between the human body and insulating clothing, that is, perpendicular to them or close to that position, creating the specified system of struts.  2.
