The invention relates to light industry, and more specifically to the production of artificial leather that can be used for technical and special purposes.
These components are mixed in a turbo mixer at T = 110-115 o C, then the mixture is cooled and granulated at T = 150-170 o C. From the obtained raw materials, the material is made by a roller-press method (Pat. RF 2034874, C 08 L 27/06 from 06/30/1992).
Known material has a sufficiently high frost resistance, retains its properties after exposure at T = 100 o C, however, the level of properties of fire resistance, ductility and wear resistance does not allow it to be used for the manufacture of firefighters clothing and other means used in extreme conditions of high temperatures.
PVC, 1-20 parts by weight antimony trioxide and 19-80 parts by weight halogen-containing flame retardant, and the outer layer is a composition containing 100 wt.h. PVC, 9-29 parts by weight antimony trioxide and 1-10 parts by weight halogen-containing flame retardant (AS USSR 963886, D 06
The composition contains dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer, calcium stearate as a stabilizer, and hexabromobenzene or trichloroethyl phosphate or pentabromtoluene as a halogen-containing flame retardant.
Known material has a fire resistance of the oxygen index of 32.5-34.5%, frost resistance of -20 ÷ 25 o With and just like the first analogue, does not have the necessary level of properties for the manufacture of firefighter clothes and other means used in extreme exposure to high temperatures.
According to the number of essential features, this solution is the closest to the proposed one and is selected as a prototype.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing a heat-resistant material, including layer-by-layer deposition of a polymer composition comprising polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, antimony trioxide and a stabilizer on a woven substrate, a mixed viscose-polyester fabric is used as a substrate, epoxy is additionally introduced into the polymer composition for the inner layer oligomer and filler containing calcium carbonate, stearic acid and titanium dioxide, in the following ratio, wt.h .:
