The utility model relates to elements of devices for preparing two-component drinks by passing hot water through two capsules without an internal piercer containing a substance for preparing the drink. The utility model can be used in devices for preparing drinks, which are vending machines, which are used in vehicles, for example, taxis.

A stationary automobile coffee maker is known, in which a coffee mug can be removably placed in the brewing station, which is closed with a removable lid, and the lid for the drink includes a chamber for capsules formed in it, including at least one hole for draining the finished drink into a coffee mug, as well as a capsule holder that includes a hole for passing water (patent US7487712, published 02/10/2009). This solution provides protection against splashing in shaking conditions, but is only applicable for individual use and requires systematic cleaning of the lid and capsule retainer, which is not suitable for use in public transport.

It is known to use in a device for preparing beverages a part for connecting to a vessel for removable connection with the rim of the connected vessel; an annular portion in the form of a lid panel extending radially inward relative to said portion for connection to a container having an opening of considerable size for the passage of a large amount of liquid; part in the form of a chamber for receiving into it a portion of flavoring material formed by walls extending downward relative to the mentioned part in the form of a lid panel and to a position significantly below the mentioned part for connection to the vessel (RF Application for an invention No. 99115457, publ. 06/10/2001 ). The described solution includes a chamber for receiving a portion of flavoring material, which does not ensure the tightness of the flavoring material, which negatively affects the taste of the resulting drink, especially coffee. In addition, the known solution, when used in conditions of shaking and vibration, does not ensure safety for the user, since this design of the device assumes the presence of an open stream of hot water used for brewing.

A device is known in which a capsule with coffee extract is inserted into a holder and placed in a container into which the drink that has leaked through the capsule flows, which, in turn, flows through a flexible hose into a paper or plastic cup and is transferred to the consumer (US patent US 5150645, published 05/29/1991). Above the capsule there are blades for piercing the capsule. The disadvantage of the device is the need to make a hole in the receiving glass for a hose through which the drink enters the glass and fixing the glass, for example, in vehicles.

The technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is to reduce the amount of defects in the production of the claimed devices.

To achieve the technical result, a glass holder for two capsules is claimed with two capsule piercers fixed at the bottom, including a socket for installing two capsules with a drink extract, consisting of a side wall and a bottom, as well as a ring part inseparably connected to the socket for installing two capsules and with the upper edge of the side wall, wherein the annular part contains holes for drinking, characterized in that it contains two lower capsule piercings mounted on the inner part of the bottom, made with the possibility of removable connection, and two holders placed on the inner part of the bottom, each of which configured to hold the lower capsule piercer.

The device contains an annular part 1 containing holes for drinking, inseparably connected to a socket for installing two capsules 3 and to a glass body 5, which consists of a side wall 2 and a bottom 4 and contains two lower capsule piercers 6, mounted on the inside of the bottom 4, made with the possibility of removable connection using two holders 8, fixed on the inside of the bottom 4.

The system for the safe preparation of a two-component drink from two capsules without an internal piercer in transport consists of a car coffee machine without an internal capsule holder and the claimed device.

Ensuring safety in the system for the safe preparation of a two-component drink in transport is achieved by eliminating the open stream of a hot two-component drink when preparing a two-component drink. For this purpose, a car coffee machine without an internal capsule holder uses an external holder for two capsules, which is the claimed device. The claimed device is connected to a car coffee machine using the top piercer of two capsules, which is an element of the car coffee machine, which is tightly pressed against two capsules placed in the claimed device, so that the water coming out of the car coffee machine enters two capsules, and then into in the form of a finished drink, flows into the claimed device. This scheme for preparing the drink eliminates an open stream, which ensures protection from the drink getting on the passenger and the car interior during a trip in conditions of shaking and vibration.

Example

The glass holding two capsules with two capsule piercers fixed at the bottom is made of plastic and contains a ring part 1, monolithically connected to the body of the glass 5 by casting. The annular part 1 contains drinking holes, which can be equipped with protective caps. The ring part 1 is monolithically connected, by means of casting, to a socket for installing two capsules 3 and is made with the ability to access and tightly press the upper piercer of two capsules, which is an element of a car coffee machine, to two capsules 7 installed in the socket for installing two capsules 3. The lower capsule piercers 6 are fixed on the inside of the bottom 4 using a removable connection, while the sharp piercing part of each of the lower capsule piercers 6 is configured to pierce the capsule 7 when placing the capsules 7 in a slot for installing two capsules 3.

The removable connection of each of the two lower piercers of the capsule 6 is made using holders 8, made with the ability to fix the lower piercers of the capsule 6 by repeating part of the shape of the lower piercer of the capsule 6 with the inner part of the holder 8. The claimed device contains two holders 8, which are made integrally with the bottom 4 by casting.

The claimed device is manufactured using injection molding, for example, using an injection molding machine. To produce the claimed device, you will need to make a mold into which molten plastic material is poured under pressure. The claimed device is a complex figure having a combination of undercuts. The production of the claimed device in a monolithic design will require the manufacture of a complex mold, which may include special form-building elements, such as folding punches, composite and sliding dies and special removal plates. Obviously, the more complex the mold, the higher the defect rate. By changing the design of products, undercuts can be avoided. If it is impossible to avoid undercuts, then in some cases it is advisable to split such a part into two (or more) simple parts..." (page 330, paragraph https://www.ngpedia.ru/pg1677673pmQmENz0001274576/), that is, it is possible to reduce the number of defects , if you make one mold for the production of a glass containing two holders 8 on the inside of the bottom 4 and a second mold for the manufacture of the lower capsule piercer 6. Thus, three products are obtained (a glass containing two holders 8 on the inside of the bottom 4 and two lower capsule piercers 6) and insert the two lower capsule piercers 6 into holders 8 before use. This method will ensure less waste, compared to the version of the mold for a glass with two capsule piercers made monolithically.

The user manually inserts two lower capsule piercers 6 into the holders 8, then inserts two capsules 7 into the slot for installing two capsules 3, while the capsules 7 are pierced with their lower parts by the lower capsule piercers 6, after which the user places the claimed device with the installed capsules in the car coffee machine and presses the upper piercer of two capsules, which is an element of the automobile coffee machine, to the capsules using a pressing device, for example a lever. The user turns on the water supply. Using a water pump, water is supplied to the upper pierce of two capsules, which is configured to allow water passing through the upper pierce of two capsules to flow into the two capsules through the punctures. Water passes through the capsules 7 into the body of the glass 5. After the claimed device is filled, the user removes the upper piercer of the two capsules from the capsules, lifting the lever, and removes the claimed device. The drink is ready to drink through the drinking hole. After consuming the drink, the user disposes of the claimed device along with the capsules.

Thus, there is a reduction in the number of defects in the production of the declared devices.
