Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the agricultural industry and can be used in the feeding of poultry, in particular laying hens.
There is a method of feeding laying hens by introducing enzyme preparations into the main diet continuously for the entire period from 5 months of age to the end of the productive cycle (1). This method is based on the direct action of enzymes on digestibility of feed.
However, with prolonged use of enzymes in the body of the bird, adaptive changes occur, which are expressed in a lesser synthesis of endogenous enzymes (2) and a decrease in the effectiveness of enzyme preparations as feed additives.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that increasing the productivity of laying hens is achieved by intermittent administration of avizima 1200 enzyme preparation in a poultry diet at a dose of 0.1% by weight of feed.
(3). The enzyme preparation Avisim 1200 is produced by Finnfeeds International and contains betaglucanase, xylanase, and a protease with activity of 100, 2500, and 800 IU / g, respectively (3).
The method is implemented as follows. Starting from 5 months of age, the Avizim enzyme preparation is included in the diet of laying hens at a dose of 1 kg / ton of feed, while two-week periods of administration of the drug in the diet alternate with weekly periods of excluding enzymes from the diet. A weekly period of exclusion of avisim from the feed is necessary to normalize the synthesis of endogenous digestive enzymes in the body of the bird.
(5). The biological meaning of this invention is as follows. The introduction of an enzyme preparation into the poultry diet increases the enzymatic activity of chyme in the digestive tract (4), which, through the feedback mechanism, determines a decrease in the secretory activity of the digestive glands (2). As a result, this leads to a gradual decrease in digestibility of feed. At the same time, if for some time the enzyme preparation is excluded from the diet, the synthesis of endogenous enzymes is gradually restored to a level, possibly even exceeding the initial one (5).
Some work was carried out to substantiate the method of intermittent feeding of an enzyme preparation, in particular, celloviridine 2000. But these studies were carried out on the model of broiler chickens and cannot be transferred to laying hens due to the significantly longer duration of use of egg poultry than 9 weeks.
Meanwhile, the need to justify methods of intermittent feeding of enzyme preparations to laying hens is quite relevant.
According to the results of our studies, after 5-6 weeks of feeding the enzyme preparation Avizima 1200 in the group (experimental II), where the bird received enzymes continuously, the digestibility of the organic matter of the feed decreased to 77.55% compared to 78.23% in the control contained without enzymes (table 1).
Meanwhile, the exclusion of avizim 1200 from the diet after a two-week feeding period (experimental group I) contributed to a gradual increase in the digestibility of organic feed from 80.47% in the first week after exclusion from the diet (3 weeks of the accounting period) and 79.60% in the second to 82 , 01% in 3-4 weeks.
This is respectively at 2.04; 1.26 and 3.78% were greater than in the control. Thus, in the second week after exclusion of avisim from the diet, a smaller difference in digestibility of feed is recorded. The introduction of avisim at this moment contributes to the rapid increase in bird productivity. This is clearly seen from the results of studies on laying hens that received Avizim 1200 enzyme preparation for 21 weeks (Table 2).
88,7%. Moreover, the bird receiving the drug continuously (experimental group II) was characterized by egg production of 86.0%, which is 2.6% more than in the control. Whereas from laying hens that received avisim according to the proposed scheme on a barley diet, egg production was 88.7%.
An increase in poultry productivity when using the proposed method was also noted during production testing in the conditions of the Gayskaya poultry farm in the Orenburg region (Table 3).
So, with continuous feeding of avisim as part of a wheat-barley diet, the egg-laying intensity for 12 weeks of production testing was 80.1%, which is 1.9% lower than when using the new method.
The proposed method allowed to increase the profitability of egg production from 42.9 to 44.8%, which in monetary terms corresponds to obtaining additional profit of 40-43 thousand rubles. per month per 100 thousand layers. This allows us to conclude that the new method provides not only a reduction in the cost of purchasing an enzyme preparation, but also improves the productivity of laying hens.
