Description

 The invention relates to household appliances, in particular to devices for extracting juice from fruits.

 Known juicer for A.S. 1683665, A 47 j 19/00, 15.10.91, comprising a housing, a cover with a loading hopper, a shutter, a disk with a grater element, a centrifuge with a strainer and a device for ejecting pulp, as well as radially located saws and a partition.

 The disadvantages of the known device are large dimensions and low versatility, due to the large number of original parts included in the layout.

 Also known is a juicer containing a grater attached to the drive shaft and a perforated filter, A. C. 1799261, A 47 j 19/02, from 02.28.93.

 A disadvantage of the known device is the low versatility in connection with the layout containing complex ununified elements of the device.

 A device according to A.S. 1768132, A 47 j 19/00 from 10/15/92, selected as the closest analogue, which contains a housing, a loading hopper, a horizontal partition with holes for squeezing, two chambers, a knife block, a conical sieve, a juice collector, and a stationary shell.

 The disadvantage of this device is the layout containing a large number of original parts that reduce the versatility of the device as a whole with the available dimensions.

 To solve the problem of improving the usability of the device and simplifying its design in a juicer, comprising a housing 5 with a loading hopper and receiving containers for juice and squeezing, a knife block 1, an electric motor 10 and 11 and a conical sieve, the latter is made in the form of sieve guides 12 and a mesh disc 13 mounted on the shaft of the electric motor 10, and the knife block 1 is installed inside the hexagon with pockets B made inside the housing 5 for removal of squeezes through these pockets along the mesh disk 13 and sieve guides 12, while in the shaft of the electric motor and the knife block channels are made for the juice outlet V, G, D and G.

 The juice extractor contains a knife block 1, a cover 3 of the housing 5, the latter having an internal hexagon and pockets B, as well as a shell, in addition, the device has a base 6, fixing means 7, a disk 8 mounted on the shaft 9 of the rotor of the electric motor 10, a stator 11, guides 12, which are sieve-shaped, 13 - mesh disk, 14 - plug, 15 - handle with a spring-loaded spring 17 plunger 16. B, D, D - drainage channels, F - drain hole for drainage of juice to the receiving container / not shown /.

 The device operates as follows. The fruits are placed in the housing 5, the electric motor is turned on, and then the fruits are fed to the knife block 1 by installing the cover 3 and acting on the handle 15 and the plunger 16. In this case, a process occurs in which the squeezes (the heavier component of the product) are relegated to the periphery and through the pockets B along the mesh disk 13 enter along the guides 12 from the housing 4 into the receiving tank / is shown by a dotted line /.

 Juice (the liquid component of the processed product) through the central channels B, D, D through the mesh cells of the sieve guides 12 and the disk 13 is collected at the base 6 in the lower part of the housing 4, then it is discharged through the drain hole Ж into the receiving tank. The process can be repeated many times, placing new servings of fruits under the lid 3 in the housing 5.

 A small number of parts included in the device allows you to unify the latter for universal use compatible with other household appliances, such as a mixer, coffee grinder, etc.

 A juice extractor comprising a housing with a loading hopper, receiving containers for juice and squeezes, a knife block, an electric motor, a conical sieve, which is made in the form of sieve guides and a mesh disk mounted on an electric motor shaft, the knife block is installed inside a hexagon with pockets for removal squeezing through these pockets along the mesh disk and sieve guides, while channels for juice drainage are made in the motor shaft and knife block.
