Abstract
Description
п.FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to non-woven materials used for the manufacture of medical non-durable products, such as sets of obstetric and gynecological underwear, including shirts, caps, shoe covers, bedding and other products for patients, as well as absorbent wipes, towels, etc.
27.11.2000 г.State of the art
Known textile material for protective medical clothing for short-term use, including non-woven material from a mixture of natural, artificial and synthetic fibers, bonded to each other and with a duplicate mesh through hydro-jet processing. This material is described in patent RF 2159825 for CL. IPC 7 D 04 H 1/44, A 41 D 31/00, publ. 11/27/2000
With increased strength, the material is suitable for the manufacture of protective clothing for short-term use. The relatively high content of synthetic fibers reduces the hygiene of the material, which, combined with the increased cost, limits its use for the manufacture of medical devices that are in direct contact with human skin.
The objective of the invention is the creation of a non-woven material with high hygienic properties (absorption capacity, capillarity, breathability, softness), suitable for the manufacture of various medical products from it. This problem is solved due to the fact that in a nonwoven material, including a fibrous mixture containing natural, artificial and synthetic fibers, the fiber mixture contains flax fibers in an amount of 5 to 50 wt.% As natural fibers, and viscose fibers as artificial fibers in an amount of from 50 to 95 wt.%, as synthetic - polyester fibers in an amount of from 0 to 10 wt.%.
As flax, the fibrous mixture may contain physically chemically modified flax fibers.
Preferably, the fibrous mixture contains bleached flax fiber.
Preferably, the fibrous mixture contains bleached viscose fibers.
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention
