 The invention relates to the printing industry and can be used in the manufacture of valuable documents that require increased protection against fakes, in particular - in the manufacture of letterheads used on railways, such as railway travel documents, transportation documents for baggage, cargo luggage, mail or receipts of various fees.

 A valuable document is known which contains areas including areas formed by parallel strokes with raster lines and some parts of which are distorted in width and / or in the form of a stroke for the formation of latent or explicit images (EP 0353974, class B 41 M 3/14, 07.02.90 ) The manufacturing technology of this document is also applicable to the manufacture of railway travel documents or transportation documents. However, at present, with the development of computer technology, with the advent of new technologies in the field of printing and with the improvement of printing equipment, documents with such protection can be easily faked. In addition, the presence of hidden images on it, which can only be detected by making a copy or scanning a ticket, is not distinguishable to the naked eye, a document can be faked without these images and the inspectors, for example, when boarding a train, will not be able to establish the authenticity of the ticket. It is also possible to organize unauthorized sales of such tickets.

 Currently, new, more reliable ways to protect valuable documents from counterfeiting have been developed and are being applied, consisting, for example, in the fact that in the manufacture of paper for documents chemical substances that change color in different environments are introduced into its composition.

 A valuable document is known, the dye of which changes color in an acidic environment is included in the paper to verify the authenticity of the document (DE 19936030, class D 21 H 21/46, 02/08/2001). The disadvantage of this document, as in the previous ones, is the inability to determine the authenticity of the document without additional funds, in this case without a special solution. In addition, the use of such protection does not exclude the possibility of selling fake tickets.

 Also, watermarks, micro-fonts and other means visible to the naked eye can be used as protection against fakes.

 Another disadvantage of using previously known tickets is not only its weak security against falsification, but also the complexity of controlling the passage of a ticket, from the moment of its sale to the end of use by the person who bought it.

 A disadvantage of the known solution is that this ticket has a weak degree of protection against counterfeiting and does not provide the ability to control the passage of the ticket from the moment of its sale to the end of use by the person who bought it, which does not exclude the possibility of unauthorized sales of such tickets.

 Also known is a method of manufacturing train tickets consisting of several sheets (US 4,512,595, class B 42 D 15/00, 04/23/85). The method includes preparing paper for printing, offset printing offset method. The selection of sheets and the application of adhesive layers on the sheets to connect them, for example, along the left edge. The paper for printing ticket sheets is covered with microcapsule copy layers for the so-called “copy-free copying”. A well-known solution is aimed at preventing fakes associated with changing the information contained on tickets. From practice, there are cases when used tickets were reused, used tickets erased the information already on them and applied new ones. A disadvantage of the known method of making a ticket is that it does not allow making a train ticket, for which it would be possible to control its passage in the railway services, and does not exclude the possibility of unauthorized sales of such tickets.

 The same problems exist when using forms of transportation documents for luggage, cargo luggage, mail and forms of receipts of different fees.

 The problem to which the present invention is directed is the creation of a method for the production of forms of valuable documents used on railways, such as railway travel documents, transportation documents for baggage, cargo luggage, mail, or receipts of various fees, which would eliminate the disadvantages of previously known methods.

 The technical result that is achieved in solving this problem is the creation of railway travel documents or transportation documents for baggage, cargo luggage, mail or receipts of various fees, which have a high degree of protection against counterfeiting and provide the ability to control the passage of the ticket from the moment of its sale until the end use by the person who bought it, which excludes the possibility of unauthorized sales of such tickets.

 The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the method of manufacturing forms of railway travel documents or transportation documents for baggage, cargo luggage, mail or receipts of various fees, consisting of three sheets - the first travel or transportation document, the second control coupon or travel bill for luggage, cargo luggage, mail and the third coupon of the cashier or the spine of the transportation document connected along the left edge, to print the first sheet of paper is made, in which chemical ical additive that changes color in acidic and alkaline media, visible microscopic fibers and fibers of different colors visible only in ultraviolet light, water marks made on paper. Since there is a danger of falsification of document forms used on railways, they should have a high degree of protection. The protection on the blanks can be either visible or not visible to the eye. At the same time, it should be easy and affordable to ensure high accuracy of the authentication of forms. In order to ensure high security against counterfeit blanks in the manufacture of paper, a chemical additive is introduced into its composition, which changes color in acidic and alkaline environments. Visible microscopic fibers of different colors and fibers visible only in ultraviolet radiation are also introduced, and watermarks are made on paper. The authenticity of forms with such protection is easy to verify. At railway stations or at conductors must be located means verifying the authenticity of the forms. This does not take much time and the methods for checking forms are simple and effective.

 When the color separation is completed, printing plates are prepared. The preferred process for printing forms is offset printing, in which printing is carried out with four inks - a triad of inks and black. Accordingly, for each ink they make their own printing form. The different number of inks that will be used in printing determines the receipt of a different number of color-separated photoforms and, accordingly, printing forms. Sets of printing forms for each sheet individually are made independently and can be made by known methods.

 Before printing the run, prepare the paper for printing. All three sheets are printed on different paper. The first sheet is printed on prefabricated paper with anti-counterfeiting means.  Printing runs are carried out on a role-type offset machine. Each sheet of the form contains a numbering and a barcode with encoded information for verifying the authenticity of the document. Numbering consists of a series of blank code numbers, which consists of a country code, a sheet code on a blank (for example, 10 indicates a travel document, 11 indicates a control coupon, 12 indicates a cashier’s coupon) and the blank number. The blank number of each series is different, it is easy to understand that each sheet in the print run will have its own unique number. The blank number and barcode are printed using letterpress printing for added protection against counterfeiting. It is very important that the printing is carried out quickly and accurately (so that the downtime is short and / or that the information can be printed again, in case there was a problem during the printing process or the tape was interrupted). If an additional printing machine for printing numbering and barcodes were introduced during the printing process, this would inevitably entail additional labor costs and increase the volume of waste, which would significantly increase the cost of forms. According to the invention, in the process of printing an image and text by offset printing, the blank number and barcode are simultaneously printed on each sheet separately by letterpress printing. For this purpose, special “numbering machines” are additionally installed on the offset printing machine, which during the sheet run in the printing machine prints the number and barcode on each sheet of the form.

 After printing all the sheets of the form, the paper can be rolled up or folded in a zigzag pattern into a bundle that is fed to a gluing machine (for example, SCHOBER GmbH). In the car, sheets from rolls or packs are selected one to another and glued along the left edge.
