Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of repair of armored weapons and equipment in the field by military repair bodies.
The chassis of the tank is the most loaded and most subjected to wear component. The tank balancer is replaced when the landing surfaces are worn, bent or destroyed both in peacetime and in wartime, for example, when a mine or a landmine is detonated. If the further movement of the tank is possible during the destruction of the support roller supporting the roller, then when the balance beam bends, there will be large losses in the chassis or the discharge of the track. The complexity of dismantling the balancer is the largest on the chassis and amounts to 10 man-hours, the replacement time is up to 5 hours. This is due to the design feature of the tank suspension unit, where two heads of torsion shafts (of the removed balancer and the torsion shaft of the same name are included in each bushing of the balancer) opposite side suspension). The balancer is removed assembled with the sleeve. Thus, to remove the balancer with the sleeve, it is necessary to unload both twisted torsion bars, that is, additionally remove the track roller and torsion shaft from the suspension of the opposite side with the same name, which is 4 people-hours in laboriousness.
There is a method of dismantling the tank balancer (Object 184. Manual for military repair. Book one. M: Military Publishing, 1992, 40 pp.), Which includes removing the support roller from the dismantled balancer and the roller of the same suspension from the opposite side, extruding the torsion shafts from the dismantled balancer and the balancer of the same name suspension of the opposite side, the extrusion of the sleeve with the balancer assembly.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the great complexity of dismantling the balancer due to the need to remove the track roller and the torsion shaft of the same suspension from the opposite side.
The objective of the invention is to develop a simple and reliable method of dismantling the balancer in the field, excluding the disassembly of the same node suspension from the opposite side.
This problem is solved by removing the support roller and extruding the torsion bar from the disassembled balancer, and pressing the sleeve with the balancer is done by swinging the support roller of the same suspension of the opposite side while unloading its torsion shaft by loosening the tracks of the opposite side and disconnecting the tracks under the support roller installed above the pit, in this case, the initial installation angle of the torsion bar is remembered by measuring the distance from the roller array to the lower part of the upper track branch.
1 - опорный каток демонтируемого балансира;
2 - балансир;
3 - втулка балансира;
4 - торсионный вал демонтируемого балансира;
5 - торсионный вал одноименной подвески;
6 - лом;
7 - опорный каток одноименной подвески с противоположного борта;
8 - гусеница;
9 - корпус танка;
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where:
1 - a supporting roller of a dismantled balancer;
2 - balancer;
3 - balancer sleeve;
4 - torsion shaft of a dismantled balancer;
5 - torsion shaft of the same suspension;
6 - scrap;
7 - track roller of the same name suspension from the opposite side;
8 - caterpillar;
9 - tank body;
10 - pit under the road roller.
5. The method consists in removing the support roller 1, pressing out the torsion shaft 4, from the opposite side of the tank under the support roller of the suspension of the same name 7, the caterpillar 8 is disconnected, the pit 10 is dug out, the torsion shaft of the suspension of the same name 5 is untwisted, which allows the balancer 2 to be pressed out by rocking the support roller 7 with a crowbar 6 assembled with the balancer sleeve 3 from the tank body 9. The twist angle of the torsion bar 5 of the suspension of the same name is memorized by measuring the distance “I” between the track roller array 7 and the lower part of the upper track branch 8 when fully untwisted torsion bar 5.
The proposed method of dismantling the tank balancer is easily implemented in the field, does not require complex special equipment.
The technical result of using the method of dismantling the tank balancer is to reduce the time and complexity of replacing the balancer by 40% in the field, increasing the manufacturability of repairing the undercarriage of the tank.
