185-201; 257-274). The classical method of spectral analysis of radiation consists in the decomposition of a light beam using a prism or diffraction grating with the selection of spectral components and their sequential scanning. One of the classical devices used for spectral analysis is a monochromator with a diffraction grating (V. Malyshev, Introduction to experimental spectroscopy. M: Nauka, 1979, p. 185-201; 257-274).
The known method has a lower aperture compared to methods based on the interference of light beams, which is its disadvantage.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed invention is a spectrometric method based on recording a system of interference fringes of a standing light wave by means of a thin partially transmitting layer including microparticles that scatter or absorb the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave located between the light radiation source and reflective a mirror and mounted obliquely to the plane of the aforementioned mirror (A.V. Atnashev, VB Atnashev, P.V. Atnashev. Me method of interference on a diffraction grating. Atnashev method, Yekaterinburg: USTU-UPI, 2000, p. 13 (prototype).
The disadvantages of this method include the low accuracy of registration of the system of interference fringes of a standing light wave by means of a thin partially transmitting layer including microparticles that scatter or absorb the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave, and, therefore, low accuracy of analysis.
The objective of the invention is to increase the accuracy of spectral analysis by increasing the accuracy of registration of the system of interference fringes of a standing light wave by means of a thin partially transmitting layer including microparticles that scatter or absorb the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method of spectrometry based on the registration of the system of interference fringes of a standing light wave by means of a thin partially transmitting layer including microparticles scattering or absorbing the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave, said layer is placed between the light source and the reflecting mirror at an angle θ determined from the relation sinθ = λ / 2d, where θ is the angle between a thin partially transmitting layer and the wave front of the light wave, λ - the length of the light wave, d is the period of interference fringes, the system of which is formed in a thin partially transmissive layer during the passage of a standing light wave, the system of interference fringes of a standing light wave is recorded as a spatial frequency signal by projecting an image of the said system onto a periodic system containing discrete photocells, electrical signals obtained from the aforementioned photocells are recorded as the dependence of the intensity of light radiation on the location I mentioned these solar cells in the periodic system, and analyzed on a spectrum analyzer.
The problem can be solved due to the fact that in the interferometer containing an optically conjugated light source, a reflecting mirror, a spectrum analyzer and a thin partially transmitting layer including microparticles scattering or absorbing the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave, said layer is placed between the light radiation source and a reflecting mirror at an angle θ, determined from the relation sinθ = λ / 2d where θ is the angle between the thin partially transmitting layer and the wave front of the light wave waves, λ is the light wavelength, d is the period of interference fringes, the system of which is formed in a thin partially transmitting layer when a standing light wave passes, the reflecting mirror is partially transmitted by light radiation, and the interferometer is additionally equipped with an optically conjugated periodic system containing discrete photocells, which is located behind the reflective mirror.
Moreover, as a periodic system containing discrete photocells, a system of charge-sensitive photosensitive devices can be used.
The periodic system containing photocells can also be made in the form of a ruler or matrix of photosensitive charge-coupled devices.
The invention is illustrated by drawings, which shows a diagram of an interferometer (Fig. 1) and diagrams of input and output signals (Fig.2A-C). On figa shows the dependence of the intensity of the system of interference fringes of a standing light wave on a thin partially transmitting layer, including microparticles, scattering or absorbing the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave, on its length h. On figb shows the change in the intensity of the measured light radiation along the length h 'of a line of discrete photocells. In FIG. 2c shows an electrical signal at the output of a spectrum analyzer.
0,1-0,5. The interferometer contains an optically coupled light source 1, a reflecting mirror 2, a spectrum analyzer 3, a thin partially transmitting layer 4, including microparticles that scatter and absorb the energy of the electric field of a standing light wave, located between the light source 1 and a reflecting mirror 2. At the same time, the reflecting mirror 2 is made partially transmitting light radiation. The interferometer is additionally equipped with an optically conjugated periodic system 5 containing
The claimed method of spectrometry is carried out on this interferometer as follows.
The luminous flux from the light radiation source 1 enters the reflecting mirror 2, is reflected from it, and in the form of a standing light wave enters the thin partially transmitting layer 4. Due to the fact that the thin partially transmitting layer 4 consists of microparticles that scatter or absorb electric field energy a standing light wave, and is located obliquely, while the angle θ between the plane of the thin partially transmitting layer and the wave front of the light wave is given from the relation sinθ = λ / 2d, where λ is the light wavelength, d is the inter of interference bands, a system of interference bands is formed in it (Figs. 1, 2a), the registration of which can be carried out in the form of a spatial frequency signal with a repetition period d. For this, an image of the interference fringe system is projected through a partially transmitting light radiation reflecting mirror 2 onto a periodic system 5 containing
In addition, the claimed method of spectrometry allows the measurement of light radiation of various wavelengths, including when they are combined on a thin partially transmitting layer 4 without changing the angle of inclination θ, which is achieved using existing mathematical methods for processing electrical signals.
The proposed method of spectrometry and an interferometer for its implementation can improve the accuracy of measuring light waves by 2-5 times when measuring light radiation in a wide spectral range.
