Abstract
Description
The invention relates to heat engineering, namely to heat exchange equipment that converts solar energy.
А.С. СССР 1815525, F 24 J 2/02, 05.02.91 г.). Known "Solar collector", comprising a housing made of a heat-insulating material based on polyurethane foam, a heat-absorbing plate mounted on the bottom of the housing, and transparent insulation, while the heat-insulating material is made anisotropic in the form of three layers with waterproof membranes made of polyurethane between the layers, while the outer layer has a porosity lower than the porosity of the other two layers (see A.S. USSR 1815525, F 24
Such collectors are very common, but they are quite complex, and therefore expensive, the heat-receiving element itself, compared with the entire volume of the collector, is several percent, the structure is rather fragile, and even fragile when using glass. When installed in place requires an additional device for fixing.
А.С. СССР 1746155, F 24 J 2/24, 12.07.90 г.). The "Sun-receiving device combined with the roof of a building" is known, containing a flat section of a building's insulated roof with a waterproofing bitumen layer deposited on its surface and placed in the latter of a heat exchanger pipe, a metal mesh is laid on the pipe surface (see A.S. USSR 1746155, F 24
A rather simple and cheap device is used here, the heat-receiving element occupies almost the entire volume of the heat exchanger, however, the heat-receiving element (pipes) occupies only part of the roof surface, which means that only part of the solar energy falling on the roof is used, and to fix such a collector on the roof some additional device is needed.
The task is to more efficiently use the surface on which the sun's rays fall, to simplify and reduce the cost of converting solar energy into heat.
For this purpose, a solar collector consisting of a housing, preferably made of plastic material, a heat-receiving element, a metal sheet having a developed surface, for example, either corrugated, or finned, or needle-shaped on one side facing the heat carrier, or on both sides, the surface of the sheet should also be as black and dull as possible, at least on one side facing the Sun, or on both sides, the collector has devices for entering and exiting the coolant I, the case has extra insulation to prevent heat loss, on the body are mounting for connecting solar collectors to each other and to their attachment to the frame of the roof.
A similar design of the solar collector is quite simple and cheap. Such collectors, combining them with each other, can be used instead of the roof of the roof, which will make full use of the energy of sunlight falling on the roof surface.
In FIG. 1 and 2 show a solar collector, some options.
Solar collector pos. 1 consists of a housing pos.2, a heat-receiving element pos.3 with a developed surface in the form of corrugations, or in the form of needle protrusions, or in the form of ribs on one side facing the coolant, or on both sides, with a matte surface, as much as possible black, at least on the side where the sun's rays fall, or on both sides, the heat-receiving element pos. 3 is connected to the casing pos. 2 by the method (s) and material (s) providing a tight connection, for example, by gluing, devices pos. 4 to enter and exit heat carrier, fastening pos. 5 for connecting the collectors to each other and securing them to the roof frame, thermal insulation pos.6, which prevents heat loss to the environment, sealant pos.7, providing roof sealing at the joints between the collectors.
The solar collector pos. 1 operates as follows. In collectors installed on the roof frame and secured by fastening pos.5 to each other and to the roof frame, collectors pos. 1, the coolant is supplied, through the devices pos.4 the heat-receiving element pos.3, on which the sun's rays fall, is heated by them (the black surface can be heated to 100 o C or more with the sun's rays), the heat is transferred to the back of the sheet and is absorbed by the coolant. After the coolant reaches a certain temperature, which can be achieved by regulating the supply of the coolant, the coolant enters the consumer or in the storage tank. In this case, the collectors pos. 1 are installed on the entire surface of the roof onto which the sun's rays fall, are fixed to each other and attached to the roof frame by fastening pos. 5, at the joints between the collectors pos. 1 sealed with sealant pos. 7, housing pos. 2 from the outside are insulated with heat insulation pos.6. As a result, the entire roof is covered, instead of some kind of roof, by collectors of pos. 1, which may not be much more expensive than the roof itself, while almost all the heat of the sun's rays falling on the roof is perceived by the heat-sensing element of pos. 3 and is transferred to the coolant passing in the collector pos. 1. In the case when the sun's rays fall on the roof for a long time at a small angle, you can use the heat-sensing element pos. 3 with a developed surface on both sides.
