Abstract
Description
п.). The invention relates to systems for protecting military vehicles from weapons of mass destruction and fire and can be used at objects of armored vehicles (tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, etc.).
Known systems for protecting military vehicles from weapons of mass destruction, containing a gamma radiation sensor, temperature sensors (TD), an automation unit and an engine stop electromagnet. Such systems are installed on serial domestic tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and landings and have practically the same functional diagram. The purpose, device and principle of operation of these systems are described in detail in the relevant manuals (see, for example, Tank T-72A. Technical description and operating instructions. Book 2 (part two), -M.: Military Publishing, 1989, - 368 p. Prototype. Open Edition).
In case of a nuclear explosion or fire inside the machine, the corresponding sensor generates an electrical signal that enters the automation unit, which operates and supplies voltage to the electromagnet, which stops the fuel supply to the engine. At the same time as the engine, the generator stops, and consumers of electrical energy continue to be powered by batteries. 30-50 seconds after the system is triggered, necessary for the passage of a shock wave or to extinguish a fire, the automation unit removes voltage from the electromagnet to stop the engine and turns on the supercharger. After that, the driver must start the engine.
At the same time, the generator will start working again, recharging the batteries and supplying consumers with electric energy.
However, due to the fact that the failure of the crews from nuclear weapons is several times higher than the failure of military vehicles, especially tanks, during the fighting there will be situations when, after passing the shock wave, the engine of the operational machine will not be started, and consumers of electric energy ( armament stabilizer, supercharger, radio station, etc.) will be powered by rechargeable batteries, which will lead to their full discharge and, as a result, to reduce the combat readiness of the machine, as rechargeable batteries are duplicate, and in some cases the main means of starting the engine.
The objective of the present invention is to increase the combat readiness of a combat vehicle after exposure to weapons of mass destruction or fire.
This task is achieved in that the system of protection of the combat vehicle from weapons of mass destruction, containing sensors connected to the automation unit, the first output of which is connected to an engine stop electromagnet, which is mechanically connected to a generator, the output of which is connected to electric energy consumers through batteries and fuses tank, while it is equipped with a series-connected logic element FORBID, a time relay and a contactor, moreover, the enabling input of the element is FORBID connected With the output of the automation unit, the prohibiting entry is with the output of the generator, and the contactor contactor contacts are connected in parallel with the main consumers of the tank.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a system for protecting a combat vehicle from weapons of mass destruction.

8. This system works as follows. In a nuclear explosion or fire, the sensors 3 generate a signal that enters the automation unit 4, which supplies voltage to the stop solenoid of the engine 5, as well as the engine 6 itself and the generator 2. In this case, the consumers of electric energy 10 continue to be powered by batteries 1. After 30 -50 seconds, the automation unit 4 disconnects the voltage from the electromagnet 5 and at the same time gives a signal for the operation of the element PROHIBIT 7, which, in turn, turns on the timer 8. This relay, after the time required for reliable start of the engine For (for example, it takes 1 min for three attempts of the B-46 type engine), it includes a contactor 9, which closes the contacts 9-1 and puts the fuses in the main consumers' circuits 10 into short circuit mode. Fuses blow out (turn off) and disconnect consumers from the batteries. In the case of starting the engine 6 before the contactor 9 is activated, the voltage of the generator 2 is supplied to the inhibitory input of the element FORBID 7, which, when activated, turns off the time relay 8.
The application of the proposed system at BTT facilities allows to increase their combat readiness after exposure to weapons of mass destruction or fire, when crew members are out of order.
