Description
The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely orthopedics. The utility model is designed to prevent and prevent pathological deformation, as well as to redistribute the shock load from the joints of the musculoskeletal system to the anatomical arch of the foot.
The prior art orthopedic insoles are known, which are intended for the treatment and prevention of flat feet in children and adults, prevent pathological deformity and various disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as to normalize the blood flow of the lower extremities, reduce pain and heaviness in the legs, to redistribute the shock load of the foot according to the utility model patent No. 210518 RU "Universal orthopedic insoles" 1
The disadvantage of this insole is the lack of support for the arch of the foot and the achievement of individual correction of the foot.
Из уровня техники известна стелька для обуви, содержащая опоры из смеси силикона и пробки, а также накладку из силикона под пятку стопы для дальнейшей корректировки под индивидуальные особенности стопы по патенту US 7178269 «Insole for footwear»2 (опубликован 20.02.2007 г.).A shoe insole is known from the prior art, containing supports made of a mixture of silicone and cork, as well as a silicone overlay under the heel of the foot for further adjustment to the individual characteristics of the foot according to US patent 7178269 "Insole for footwear" 2 (published on February 20, 2007).
The disadvantage of this insole is the use of a support material made of a mixture of silicone and cork material, which is hard and difficult to deform, which complicates the adjustment of the insole to the individual characteristics of the foot and has a low damping property.
As a prototype, a corrective insole was chosen according to patent No. 159613 RU "Corrective insole" 3 (IPC A43V 17/00, published on 12/10/2016). This insole contains a silicone base and silicone supports, made in one piece with a silicone base and located on its lower side, where the height of each silicone support is no more than 30 mm and is calculated based on the degree of foot deformation, also, the insole contains an additional layer of lining artificial leather, located on the upper side of the silicone base and an additional layer of leatherette, which in total is no more than 1 mm.
The disadvantages of the prototype include:
- недолговечность корректирующей стельки из-за использования кожи синтетической подкладочной СК-4, эластоискожи-Т подкладочной и амидэластоискожи-НТ «Нистру». При длительной эксплуатации в зоне максимальной нагрузки свода стопы возможны разрывы, повреждения, трещины в местах крепления силиконовых опор при использовании таких материалов;- fragility of the corrective insole due to the use of synthetic lining leather SK-4, lining elasto-leather-T and Nistru amide-elasto-leather-NT. With prolonged use in the zone of maximum load of the arch of the foot, ruptures, damage, cracks are possible at the attachment points of silicone supports when using such materials;
- отсутствует дополнительное укрепление центральной части силиконовых опор монолитно с силиконовым основанием, что создает существенные риски отрыва силиконовых опор от основания и повреждения стельки в процессе эксплуатации, а также затрудняет процесс подгонки стельки под индивидуальные особенности стопы и увеличивает риски деформации силиконовых опор из-за большой нагрузки свода стопы;- there is no additional strengthening of the central part of the silicone supports monolithic with a silicone base, which creates significant risks of the silicone supports detaching from the base and damaging the insole during operation, and also makes it difficult to fit the insole to the individual characteristics of the foot and increases the risk of deformation of the silicone supports due to the heavy load arch of the foot;
- толщина силиконового основания, равная не более 1 мм, что уменьшает долговечность стельки и не позволяет равномерно распределять нагрузку человека по силиконовому основанию, а также приводит к разрушению связей силикона и верхнего слоя стельки;- the thickness of the silicone base, equal to no more than 1 mm, which reduces the durability of the insole and does not allow the load of a person to be evenly distributed over the silicone base, and also leads to the destruction of the bonds between the silicone and the upper layer of the insole;
- выполнение силиконовых опор не более 30 мм одинаковой высоты увеличивает возможность получения ошибочных результатов ортопеда при подгонке стельки под индивидуальные особенности стопы ортопедом в медицинском центре.- the implementation of silicone supports no more than 30 mm of the same height increases the possibility of obtaining erroneous results of the orthopedist when fitting the insole to the individual characteristics of the foot by the orthopedist in the medical center.
The objective of the technical solution is to increase the wear resistance and durability of the orthopedic insole during operation.
The problem is solved due to the fact that the orthopedic insole contains a base made of wear-resistant material forming the upper side of the insole, a base with a thickness of 1 to 2.5 mm over the entire surface of the insole, made of silicone monolithically with a base of wear-resistant material, and a silicone base adjacent to it with a thickness not less than 3 mm, as well as silicone supports made in the form of a polygon with a height difference and monolithic with a base made of wear-resistant material, a silicone base and an additional silicone base.
The technical solution allows to increase the wear resistance and durability of the orthopedic insole during operation.
1.The technical essence of the proposed solution is shown in Fig.1.
На Фиг. 1 изображена стелька ортопедическая, которая состоит из основания 1, выполненного из износостойкого материала; основания 2, выполненного из силикона толщиной от 1 до 2,5 мм монолитно с основанием 1; дополнительного основания 4, выполненного из силикона толщиной не менее 3 мм; силиконовых опор 3, выполненных из силикона с перепадом высот, где самая высокая опора может достигать 50 мм и более, монолитно с основанием 1, основанием 2 и дополнительным основанием 4.On FIG. 1 shows an orthopedic insole, which consists of a base 1 made of wear-resistant material;
The base 1 is made of wear-resistant material, the
The location of silicone supports in the place of the arch of the foot makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of preventive and therapeutic measures for the correction of the arch of the foot.
The implementation of silicone supports with a height difference eliminates errors when fitting an orthopedic insole to the individual characteristics of the foot by an orthopedist in a medical center, improves quality and productivity in industrial production, and reduces the amount of household waste after fitting an orthopedic insole.
Adjustment of the orthopedic insole in the medical center is carried out by placing the insole on the foot with the orthopedic side of the base with wear-resistant material. On the opposite side, the orthopedist (medical worker) places the grid with rectangular holes so that the silicone supports fall into the holes of the grid until the grid and the foot are completely attached. Then the orthopedist (medical worker) manually adjusts the abutment of the silicone supports to fully match the anatomical features of the foot. After adjustment, the grid is placed on a flat surface, and the orthopedist (medical worker) cuts off the silicone supports with a thin blade in conjunction with the base of the grid, and also adjusts it to the contour of the client's foot. Further, the insole according to the individual size is transferred to the client for comfortable and long-term operation.
With a large foot size, silicone supports can reach 50 mm or more for a high-quality individual fit of the orthopedic insole to the individual characteristics of the foot.
The location of silicone supports both in the area of the arch of the foot and around the entire perimeter of the insole is allowed, in this case the height of the silicone supports outside the arch of the foot is not more than 40 mm.
The size of the base made of wear-resistant material of the insole is made in accordance with the declared size of the foot.
The orthopedic insole is industrially applicable, can be manufactured at specialized light industry enterprises, as well as at enterprises for the manufacture of orthopedic products, including from inexpensive environmentally friendly materials in any size, color, with a wide assortment list in a variety of designs, for the most different needs - both aesthetic and medical.
