Abstract
Description
The invention relates to computed tomography, and in particular to methods for restoring the structure of individual layers of a test object from a set of multi-angle projections of the layer under study.
A known method of obtaining computational tomograms (X-ray engineering. Handbook, t. 2 / Edited by V.V. Klyuyev. M .: Mashinostroenie, 1981, pp. 321 - 323), which consists in obtaining a number of shadow projections of the studied layer by x-ray transmission of the object by the system rays, converting projection information into digital signals sent to a computer, and reconstructing the desired two-dimensional distribution of the linear attenuation coefficient for the layer under study by mathematical processing of projection information using direct and inverse conversion Fourier transform of.
The disadvantage of this method is the need for a complete set of measurement data on projections before performing the inverse Fourier transform, which reduces the efficiency of obtaining the results of tomographic studies.
A known method of obtaining computational tomograms (Devices for non-destructive testing of materials and products. Handbook, t. 1 / Edited by V.V. Klyuyev. M .: Mechanical engineering, 1986, S. 400 - 409), including obtaining a number of shadow projections of the investigated layer by x-raying the object at different angles, converting projection information into digital signals, entering this information into a computer, reconstructing the image of the layer under study using a computer using the back projection method, including the distribution of the shadow image zheniya each projection on the image plane represented in the computer received plurality of memory cells, sequential summation algorithm corresponding digital signals for rear projection, recording results in the summation of the received plurality of memory cells and displays the tomogram on the screen.
The disadvantage of this method of obtaining computational tomograms is the need to filter an array of digital information about the resulting total image or pre-filter the information obtained for each of the projections, which requires a large amount of computation, and decreases the efficiency of obtaining the results of tomographic studies.
The objective of the invention is to simplify the technology for obtaining computed tomograms in the case when the linear attenuation coefficient of the defective (determined) part of the object layer under study is many times (for example, 50 times or more) higher than the linear attenuation coefficient of the defect-free part of this layer and is the same for the entire defect.
The technical result is the creation of a simple technology for obtaining computational tomograms, which provides the ability to perform express preliminary tomographic studies of objects in medicine and industry.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining computational tomograms, which includes obtaining a number of shadow projections of the object layer under study at different angles, converting projection information into digital signals, entering this information into a computer, reconstructing the image of the studied layer using a computer using the reverse projection method, including the distribution of the shadow image of each projection onto the image plane represented in the computer by a set of memory cells, sequential ummirovanie the respective algorithms for digital signal for rear projection, the record summation results in the adoption of a set of computer memories and displays the tomogram on the screen. According to the invention, shadow projections of the studied layer are obtained when the linear attenuation coefficient of the defective part of the investigated layer is repeatedly exceeded by the linear attenuation coefficient of the defect-free part of this layer, while the attenuation coefficient of the defective part is assumed to be the same for the entire defect after recording information about the second and subsequent reverse projections in the accepted set memory cells using a computer compare the values of the signals across the entire set of memory cells, defect-reflecting cells are isolated according to the formula U = k • n • D, where U is the signal value in the memory cell; k is the conversion coefficient of the x-ray measuring device of the tomograph; n is the number of the back projection (n = 1,2,....); D is the linear attenuation coefficient of the defect, and in the remaining memory cells the signal is taken equal to zero.
With a large difference in the linear attenuation coefficients of the defective and defect-free parts of the object, carrying out such a set of operations can significantly simplify and speed up the procedure for recovering information about the two-dimensional distribution of the values of the linear attenuation coefficient in the studied layer, i.e. get an image of this layer.
Compared with the prototype of the proposed method has a distinctive feature in the totality of actions and conditions that provide these actions.

The method of obtaining computational tomograms is implemented as follows (the case of obtaining projections of the studied layer of an object using a system of parallel rays is considered below). The test layer 1 is exposed to a beam of parallel x-rays sequentially at several different angles, for example, in the direction A, B and C in FIG. 1. In this case, projections of the studied
In the second reverse projection (Fig. 3), information about the defect shadows recorded on the
4). After the second reverse projection using a computer, the values of the signals recorded in all cells of the received population are compared and defective-reflecting cells are determined, i.e. cells in which the signals have a value corresponding to expression (1) for n = 2, i.e. U = 2 • k • D. In this case, these will be memory cells corresponding to regions a, b, c, and d, in which the signals correspond to twice the value of the linear attenuation coefficient. After this operation, in all memory cells, except for defective-displaying cells corresponding to regions a, b, c and d, the signals are taken equal to zero. At the same time, an
In the third reverse projection (Fig. 5), information about the defect shadows recorded on the
The proposed method for obtaining computational tomograms was tested on a photoelectric analogue of a tomograph (Fig. 7). Here, the projections of the studied layer in parallel rays were formed as follows. When the electric motor was rotated at a constant frequency with the help of a
- простота обработки информации о проекциях;
The advantages of the proposed method are

- significantly higher speed of obtaining a tomogram in cases where there is a large difference in the linear attenuation coefficients of the defective and defect-free parts of the investigated layer of the control object.
