Abstract
Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to corrosion-resistant high-strength steels, and can be used in the aviation, space and other branches of technology for the manufacture of solder-welded power units used without heat treatment after soldering.
Known steel has increased corrosion resistance of welded joints and high mechanical properties. However, the use of this steel for the manufacture of brazed-welded structures is associated with the precipitation of a carbide-nitride network along the grain boundaries during delayed cooling during brazing, which causes a decrease in the viscosity of such compounds at low temperature.
Задача данного изобретения - создание коррозионностойкой высокопрочной стали, способной надежно эксплуатироваться в паяносварных конструкциях, в том числе при низких температурах до -70oC.The objective of the invention is the creation of corrosion-resistant high-strength steel that can be reliably operated in solder-welded structures, including at low temperatures up to -70 o C.

The ratio of elements in steel is indicated taking into account the following limitation of the content of impurities in it.
Impurities in the declared steel, wt.%:
Silicon - Not more than 0.6
Manganese - Not more than 0.6
Copper - Not more than 0.3
Titanium - No more than 0.2
Phosphorus - Not more than 0.1
Sulfur - Not more than 0.1
The introduction of zirconium into steel allows you to create a protective film at the grain boundaries, and therefore reduce the diffusion of carbon and nitrogen. The introduction of tungsten and vanadium into steel, forming stable carbides and thus taking carbon from the solid solution, provides a sharp decrease in the intensity of precipitation of the carbide network Me 23 C 6 along the grain boundaries during cooling during brazing. In steel, the upper limit of the chromium content is also reduced. All this in combination allows to reduce the formation of chromium carbidonitrides during slow cooling during soldering.
Технический результат - повышение ударной вязкости в паяносварных соединениях изделий, работающих при криогенных температурах (до -70oC).EFFECT: increased impact strength in brazed-welded joints of products operating at cryogenic temperatures (up to -70 o C).
In laboratory conditions, steel was smelted in a 150 kg vacuum induction furnace.
