Description

 The invention relates to commercial equipment, namely to vending machines.

 In the well-known constructions of newspapers for each item there is a section. The section consists of a platform on which a packet of newspapers is laid, and a mechanism that moves the top newspaper of the packet by turning a flat rubberized heel or rotating rubber rollers into a slot located on the front panel of the machine. As newspapers are consumed, the platform with the package rises in such a way that the top newspaper is at the level of the gap (see copyright certificate for the invention of the USSR N 194446, 1967).

 In a newspaper vending machine (see certificate for the utility model "Newspaper vending machine" / 19 / RU / 11/9537/13 / U1 / 51 / G 07 F 11/00) a platform suspended on vertical rails is lifted by a stepper motor through gearbox and chain gear. The mechanism for issuing newspapers into the slot works from a separate engine. The automation system synchronizes the operation of mechanisms.

 These devices move the top sheet of the newspaper (in general, the newspaper moves due to friction between the sheets and bundles on a bend) and can reliably carry out the movement of newspapers with a small number of sheets. With a multi-page newspaper, in the process of moving the sheets begin to delaminate, the stratification increases as the travel path increases, and the newspaper is crumpled.

 Since newspapers are dispensed from the section directly into the slot on the front panel, satisfying aesthetic and ergonomic requirements limits the capacity of the machine.

 The essence of the invention is to increase the reliability of issuing multi-page newspapers and eliminating the need for a newspaper dispensing slot on the front panel of the machine at the top level of a newspaper package of each item.

 This essence is achieved by reducing the length of the path of supplying newspapers from the bag by moving the top sheet by introducing into the newspaper feeder from the bag the shaft for transporting newspapers, introducing a gutter through which the newspaper is transported into a single slot for issuing newspapers, pinch rollers located in the gutter against each section and guides newspaper feeds that connect the outlet of the sections to the gutter.

 In FIG. 1 shows the layout of sections with newspapers, mechanisms for supplying newspapers from a package and transportation, pressure rollers and a trough with access to a single slot for issuing newspapers.

 In FIG. 2 is a diagram of a mechanism for delivering newspapers from a bag and transporting in a feed mode in a section mounted below a newspaper dispensing slot.

 A newspaper sales machine (Fig. 1) consists of sections, each of which provides the sale of newspapers of the same denomination.

 Structurally, the sections are of two types, depending on the location — below the newspaper dispensing slit 1, or higher — 2. The number of sections in one vertical row is limited only by the appropriate height of the machine. In the section there is a package of newspapers 3, a mechanism for raising a package of newspapers as they are consumed to a standard level of 4, a mechanism for feeding newspapers from a package and transportation 5, a single groove 6 with pressure rollers 7 against each section on a vertical row of sections. At a convenient height for the buyer, there is a newspaper dispensing slot 8.

 In FIG. 2, the gear 9 is fixed to the engine shaft, with the help of the strap 10 it is meshed with the movable gear 11, on the axis of which the shaft for transporting newspapers 12 is mounted. When the engine is rotated counterclockwise, the gear 11 is meshed with the gear 13, on the axis of which the shaft is mounted serving newspapers from package 14; 15 - guide feed newspapers. Positions 6 and 7 are fragments of FIG. 1.

 In FIG. 3 shows the arrangement of the positions of FIG. 2 when performing the function of transporting newspapers.

 In FIG. 4, the gear 16 is fixed to the motor shaft, with the help of the strap 17 is meshed with the movable gear 18, on the axis of which the newspaper conveyor shaft 19 is mounted. The gear 18, when the engine is rotated clockwise, is engaged with the gear 21, on the axis of which the feed shaft is mounted newspapers from package 22. Positions 6 and 7 are fragments of FIG. 1.

 In FIG. 5 shows the arrangement of the positions of FIG. 4 when performing the function of transporting newspapers.

 The machine works as follows.

 After selecting the desired newspaper by pressing the selection button on the front panel and paying off the cost of the newspaper in the coin acceptor, the automation system turns on the engine of the corresponding section. The direction of its rotation is shown in FIG. 2 and 4 (gears 9 and 16). The gear 13 and the newspaper feed shaft from the package 14 (via gear 11) or the gear 21 and the newspaper feed shaft from the package 22 (via gears 18 and 20) are driven into rotation. The newspaper moves along the newspaper feed guide 15 or 23. After a set period of time sufficient to enter part of the newspaper into the groove 6, the automation system reverses the engine. Gear 11 or 18 moves to the position shown in FIG. 3 and 5. In this position, the newspaper transportation shaft 12 or 19 presses the newspaper against the pressure roller 7 and, rotating, transports it in the direction of the newspaper delivery slot 8.

 If the issuance was made from the section closest to the slot for issuing newspapers, the newspaper comes out and the buyer takes it. If the newspaper was supplied from another section, it is alternately transported by the newspaper rolls of the sections located between the section from which the newspaper is supplied and the newspaper delivery slot. Switching engines in compliance with time intervals is carried out by an automation system. The mechanism for raising a package of newspapers as they are consumed to a standard level presses the top newspaper of the package against the feed shaft of newspapers from package 14 or 22.

 An automatic machine for selling newspapers, containing separate sections for each type of newspaper, each of which includes a mechanism for raising a package of newspapers as they are consumed to a normalized level and a mechanism for delivering newspapers from a package, characterized in that the mechanism for delivering newspapers from a package has a feed roller, mounted on the axis with the possibility of rotation when the electric motor of the corresponding section is turned on after selecting the newspaper and paying for it, the machine has guides for moving newspapers along it and a single conveyor unit per vertical row full-time chute with pressure rollers and photosensors against each section, the machine is able to reverse the section electric motor when a newspaper appears in the photosensor area, the machine has a transport roller, and it is made to press the newspaper to the pressure roller of the transport chute to transport it in the output direction cracks.
