Abstract

FIELD: smoothing of concrete and plastered surfaces. SUBSTANCE: hard putty comprises bone glue, household soap, milled chalk and water. It further comprises 30% solution of expanded polystyrene waste in mixture of acetone with gasoline, grade A-76 at 1:1 ratio. Hard putty is intended for smoothing concrete and plastered surfaces. EFFECT: higher water resistance and greater adhesion strength of hard putty, and shorter drying time. 2 tbl

Известна шпаклевка, включающая костный клей, мел молотый, мыло хозяйственное, олифу-оксоль и воду (ТУ 21-53-66. Шпаклевка клеевая). Known putty, including bone glue, ground chalk, laundry soap, drying oil and water (TU 21-53-66. Glue putty).

Клей костный - 1,5-2,0
Мыло хозяйственное - 1,0-1,5
30%-ный раствор отходов пенополистирола в смеси ацетона с бензином в соотношении 1:1 - 22-27
Вода - 10-15
Мел - 55-65

Шпаклевку приготавливают следующим образом: в отдельных емкостях приготавливают растворы костного клея и мыла хозяйственного, полученные растворы переливают в эмульсатор и перемешивают, затем добавляют небольшими порциями 30%-ный раствор пенополистирола и тщательно перемешивают до образования однородной массы. Полученную эмульсию разбавляют оставшейся водой и вводят мел, тщательно перемешивают, а затем перетирают в краскотерке, после чего загружают в тару для готовой продукции.
