The disadvantage of the known device is the inconvenience of use, due to the large number of entangled straps, rigid cuffs do not provide a secure fit and cause discomfort, in addition, the lack of safety of the fetus during side impacts.

In the prior art known source of information RU No. 97094, publ. 08/27/2010, from which the seat belt adapter for pregnant women is known, made in the form of a foam pad laid on the vehicle seat, enclosed in a fabric cover, to which two straps are sewn on one side, equipped with a fastex-type latch, for attaching the pad to the back seat, and on the other side - two cuffs made in the form of elastic bands, at the ends of which there is a Velcro tape, for fixing the seat belt in the lower abdomen. The disadvantage of this device is to ensure the safety and comfort of movement for a pregnant woman in a vehicle using an adapter only for frontal impacts, but not for side impacts, while the elastic bands will be too long for someone, short for someone, which does not provide full comfort of the seated passenger or driver.

As a prototype, a technical solution was adopted, protected by a utility model patent RU No. 176335, publ. 01/17/2018, from which a device for a seat belt for pregnant women is known, made in the form of a lining laid on the seat of a vehicle made of foam rubber material, sheathed with raincoat fabric, to which two straps are sewn, designed to attach the lining to the back of the vehicle seat, and The straps are equipped with a fastex latch with a length adjuster. On the other hand, two adjustable straps are sewn on, at the ends of which cuffs are fixed to fix the lap strap of the seat belt under the belly of a pregnant woman. The cuffs are fastened to the straps with fastex latches with a length regulator and are equipped with a detachable fastener. All straps are made inextensible. A disadvantage of the known adaptation to a seat belt for pregnant women is the inconvenience of use due to the large number of fasteners, and in addition, the lack of safety of the fetus in side impacts.
