Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of inkjet technology, mainly to vapor-liquid inkjet devices used in heating and hot water supply systems.
30.09.34). Known gas-liquid jet apparatus containing an active nozzle, a mixing chamber and a diffuser (SU, 38870, class F 04 F 5/24, publ. 30.09.34).
This liquid-gas ejector has a relatively low efficiency.
15.07.94). Known is the other, closest to the invention in terms of technical essence and the achieved result, a gas-liquid ejector of the company Transsonik Huerschall-Anlagen GmbH, containing an active nozzle with inlet tapering and outlet expanding sections, a receiving chamber with an opening for supplying a liquid medium and a mixing chamber (RU, 2016261, class F 04 F 5/02, publ. 15.07.94).
However, this inkjet apparatus has insufficiently stable operation and a limited range of regulation. In some cases, this leads to the need to do two stages and install in the second stage either a vest (bypass) valve, or make an unloading line connecting the second stage with a damping (unloading, emergency, starting) capacity.
The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the stability of the inkjet apparatus and expand the range of regulation of the operating mode of the inkjet apparatus using any of the possible control methods.
This problem is solved due to the fact that in a gas-liquid jet apparatus containing an active nozzle with an inlet narrowing and an outlet expanding sections, a receiving chamber with an opening for supplying a liquid medium and a mixing chamber, the output section of the active nozzle exceeds the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber, the inlet section of the chamber mixing in the area of the output section of the active nozzle is made stepwise tapering and formed by conical surfaces, and the output section of the mixing chamber is made expanding along active medium current, with 0.5Dk1 ≤ Lc ≤ 2Dk1, Dk1 ≤ Lc ≤ 3Dk1, 0 ≤ Lk ≤ 0.5Dk1, 0.5Dk1 ≤ Dk2 ≤ Dk1, 0.3 Dk1 ≤ Dk3 ≤ 0.7Dk2, 0 ° ≤ γ ≤ α ≤ 45 ° ≤ β <90 ° , where Lc is the distance from the inlet section of the active nozzle to its outlet section, Lс is the length of the expanding section of the mixing chamber; Lc is the distance from the outlet section of the nozzle to the plane passing through the inlet section of the conical surface of the inlet section of the mixing chamber conjugate to the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber; Dк1 - diameter of the inlet section of the active nozzle; Dк2 - diameter of the hole for supplying a liquid medium; Dк3 is the diameter of the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber: γ is the angle of inclination of the generatrix of the expanding section of the mixing chamber to the axis of the mixing chamber; α is the angle of inclination to the axis of the mixing chamber of the generatrix of the conical surface of the input section of the mixing chamber coaxial to the output section of the active nozzle; β is the angle of inclination of the generatrix of the conical surface, conjugated with the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber to the plane of the cross section of the mixing chamber.
As the studies showed, the work of a gas-liquid jet apparatus is of great importance to a set of interrelated ratios of the sizes of the flow part of the jet apparatus, as well as the configuration of the flow part, and especially the profile of the inlet section of the mixing chamber in the area of the outlet section of the nozzle for supplying an ejection medium. The output section of the nozzle is larger than the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber while simultaneously mixing the stepwise tapering inlet section of the chamber coaxially covering the exit section of the nozzle, the location of the exit section of the nozzle at a strictly defined distance from the minimum passage section of the mixing chamber with the stepwise tapering entrance section of the mixing chamber defined in during the experiment, the angles of inclination of the surface forming a stepwise tapering section of the chamber The solution made it possible to significantly intensify the process of energy exchange between the ejected gaseous and ejected liquid media. As a result, a significant increase is achieved, in comparison with the known inkjet apparatuses, of the degree of increase in pressure at the outlet of the inkjet apparatus. The implementation of the inkjet apparatus with the above size ratios made it possible to increase the stability of the inkjet apparatus and expand the control range regardless of which of the possible control methods (qualitative, quantitative or mixed) is used, which is achieved due to the controlled process of converting the flow of the mixture of media in the mixing chamber of the inkjet apparatus and especially due to the controlled and controlled process of transferring the flow of a mixture of ejected and ejected media first to the drill supersonic and then back to subsonic flow patterns. It was through the implementation of the jet apparatus with the above size ratios that it was possible to achieve a previously predicted flow regime of the media along the entire flow part of the jet apparatus. In this case, it was possible to achieve both spasmodic (in the pressure jump) and smooth (i.e., without pressure jump) conversion of the supersonic flow of the mixture of media in the mixing chamber from the supersonic two-phase flow into an almost single-phase liquid flow in which small gas bubbles can be present. As a result, if for some reason the flow of steam (an ejecting gaseous medium) unbalanced with the amount of water occurs or the backpressure increases compared to the calculated one, the operation of the jet apparatus does not stop. In this case, the inkjet apparatus spontaneously passes into the so-called low circulation mode, i.e. in the mode when the productivity of the inkjet apparatus is 20% of the nominal, but the margin of stability of the inkjet apparatus increases, because with a decrease in flow, the hydraulic resistance of the network in which the inkjet apparatus is installed decreases in proportion to the square of the decrease in flow, while the inkjet apparatus, made with the indicated size ratios, increases the pressure when switching to low circulation mode.
Thus, by performing a gas-liquid inkjet apparatus in the manner described above, it was possible to achieve the objective set in the invention — to increase the stability of the inkjet apparatus and to expand its regulation range.

It should be noted that the transition of the surfaces forming the inner surface of the mixing chamber 4 can be smooth or with the formation of a sharp edge, as shown in the drawing. It is also possible to perform a transitional conical or curved transitional surface between the surfaces forming the surface of a stepwise tapering portion of the mixing chamber 4. The productivity of the inkjet apparatus can also be improved by making the inkjet apparatus with an additional hole 5 for supplying an ejected medium to zone 6 of the surrounding mixing chamber 4 and performing channels 7 for supplying this ejected medium from the outer surface of the mixing chamber 4. The same hole 5 and channels 7 can be used for additional supply of an ejecting gaseous medium, when it is necessary to increase the value of the achieved pressure at the outlet of the jet apparatus.
Gas-liquid inkjet apparatus operates as follows.
An ejecting gaseous medium, for example steam, is introduced into the active nozzle 1. Outgoing from the nozzle 1, a supersonic gas stream entrains the liquid medium into the mixing chamber 4, which enters the jet apparatus through the opening 3. During the mixing of the gaseous and liquid media in the area of the stepwise tapering section a mixing chamber 4, a flow mode is formed with an intensive process of mixing media, accompanied by a process of energy transfer from the ejecting medium to the ejected medium with the formation of a supersonic gas-liquid flow, which in the zones the minimal cross-sectional mixing chamber 4 is converted into a pressure jump or without solvent in the subsonic flow with the setpoint pressure. Further, as a result of further deceleration of the flow, the kinetic energy of the flow is partially converted to pressure, after which the liquid medium is supplied to the consumer under the pressure obtained in the jet apparatus. In the event that the consumer does not require the pressure achieved in the jet apparatus, the energy of the liquid stream at the outlet of the mixing chamber 4 can be used to increase the productivity of the jet apparatus in the ejected liquid medium. In this case, the liquid flow flowing out from the mixing chamber 4 creates a reduced pressure in zone 6, which causes an additional amount of liquid medium to enter through the hole 5 into the jet apparatus, which, flowing through the channels 7, is mixed with the liquid medium at the outlet of the mixing chamber 4 and a mixture of liquid media under the pressure obtained as a result of mixing liquid media is supplied to the consumer.
