Description

The utility model relates to the field of the nail industry and is intended for use in the technology of building and strengthening nails using artificial material (acrylic, gel, polyacrylic).

Known form for modeling nails (US patent US 5934290 publ. 10.08.1999, IPC A45D 29/00). The mold structure according to the invention may include an upper surface and a lower surface; the upper surface is mostly convex and the lower surface is mostly concave. The concave surface is the surface for applying gel acrylic. Its shape can complement the shape of the desired nail. When used as a mold with gel acrylic, the mold transfers its shape and texture through the concave surface onto the cured acrylic. Although the periphery may be of any shape, the preferred versions have a blunt end and a pointed end. The radius of curvature of the concave surface may vary along the length of the mold.

A form for building and modeling nails is known, containing a plate with a nail ruler, and the plate forms an upper shape identical to the shape of a natural nail, made by a single solid element, while being reusable, and its dimensions correspond to the size range of natural nails (RF patent 2373817 , published 11/27/2009 IPC A45D 31/00, A45D 29/00).

Known is a form for building and modeling nails, which is an element, at least one side of which is flat, and on the opposite side there is a recess with an inner surface that imitates the shape of a nail (US patent US 4596260, publ. 24.06.1986 IPC A45D 40/30.).

The disadvantage of the known technical solutions is the difficulty of creating artificial nails, and since the necessary condition is the coincidence of the shape and the nail, as well as uniform pressure during the curing of the material.

The technical problem, the solution of which is provided by the implementation of the utility model, is to expand the arsenal of tools for a specific purpose, to create forms superimposed on the nails for their quick modeling, simple and easy to use.

The technical result obtained from the implementation of the claimed utility model is expressed in the implementation of a new form for modeling nails, as well as providing the possibility of creating the necessary pressure on the form during the hardening of the material by placing the form on a flat surface, which speeds up the process of modeling the nail.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the form for the formation and modeling of nails is an element, at least one side of which is flat, and on the opposite side there is a recess with an inner surface imitating the shape of the nail, on the inner surface of the recess there are depressions forming a pattern.

In a particular case of the utility model, the form is made of a material that transmits UV radiation. The mold can be made of silicone.

The form for the formation and modeling of nails is an element 1, at least one side 2 of which is flat, and on the opposite side 3 there is a recess 4 with an inner surface imitating the shape of a nail (Fig. 1, 2). On the inner surface of the recess 4 there are depressions forming a pattern.

The mold may be made of UV transmissive material. The form can be made of silicone (Fig. 3, 4). The molding material is characterized by the fact that it easily separates from acrylic in close contact with it as it hardens.

Element 1, which is the base of the form, may be in the form of a parallelepiped. However, this form does not limit the choice of other forms.

The inner surface of the recess imitates the shape of the nail. The shapes of the imitated nail can be different (Fig. 5), on the one hand they have the shape of the peripheral edge of the body of the nail (nail arch), and on the other hand, opposite to the nail arch, the shape can be straight. Imitation of the shape of the nail can be drop-shaped or oval. The imitation of the shape of the nail can be narrowing from the arch of the nail to its end, bounded by a straight line.

2-3 acrylic balls are placed on the inner surface of the mold recess or a gel is applied. Then apply the form to the nail from above and carefully distribute the material. Next, the mold is pressed against the nail, pressing on a flat surface, and kept until the acrylic or gel is completely polymerized, it is possible using UV radiation (Fig. 3, 4). At the same time, during the curing of the material, the hand is positioned so that the flat surface of the mold is pressed against the inner flat surface of the UV irradiator. Then the shape is removed from the nail, the desired configuration is given to its free edge, the inner surface of the nail is cleaned, and an arch is formed.

The use of reusable upper forms allows you to get even nails with a perfectly formed stress zone and a formed pattern. At the same time, the sawdust procedure is excluded, the material is saved and the time of the nail extension and modeling procedure is reduced.
