Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к изготовлению сорбентов, используемых в основном для очистки воздушного бассейна, жилых и производственных помещений, в частности для кухонных вытяжных зонтов, хотя принципиально оно может быть использовано и при очистке сточных и природных вод от различного рода загрязнений, в том числе тяжелых металлов, нефтепродуктов и т.п. The invention relates to the manufacture of sorbents used mainly for cleaning the air pool, residential and industrial premises, in particular for kitchen hoods, although in principle it can also be used in the treatment of wastewater and natural waters from various kinds of contaminants, including heavy metals, petroleum products, etc.
Известен сорбционный фильтрующий материал для поглощения масел, содержащий гранулы термомеханической целлюлозы и не менее 2% экстрактивных компонентов, содержащихся в древесине (WO 93/15833, 1993). Known sorption filter material for the absorption of oils containing granules of thermomechanical cellulose and at least 2% of the extractive components contained in wood (WO 93/15833, 1993).
Однако данный материал обладает невысокой сорбционной емкостью. However, this material has a low sorption capacity.
Известно использование активного угля для очистки вентиляционного воздуха от различных примесей (Н.В. Кельцев "Основы адсорбционной техники", М., 1976, с. 271-290). It is known the use of activated carbon for cleaning ventilation air from various impurities (N. V. Keltsev "Fundamentals of adsorption technology", M., 1976, S. 271-290).
Однако использование активного угля для кухонных вытяжных зонтов неэкономично из-за высокой стоимости угля и невозможности его регенерации в процессе данного конкретного использования. However, the use of activated carbon for kitchen hoods is uneconomical due to the high cost of coal and the inability to regenerate it in the process of this particular use.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату является сорбционно-фильтрующий материал, содержащий носитель в виде листа из минеральных или стеклянных волокон, пропитанный хлорофиллом до содержания 10 мол.% (RU 2135261, 27.08.99, пример 13). The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a sorption-filtering material containing a carrier in the form of a sheet of mineral or glass fibers, impregnated with chlorophyll to a content of 10 mol% (RU 2135261, 08.28.99, example 13).
Недостатком известного материала является недостаточная степень очистки воздуха при его длительном использовании в вытяжных устройствах, а также высокое гидродинамическое сопротивление. A disadvantage of the known material is the insufficient degree of air purification during its prolonged use in exhaust devices, as well as high hydrodynamic resistance.
Задачей настоящего изобретения является разработка материала для кухонных вытяжных зонтов, позволяющего обеспечить полное поглощение компонентов тяжелых металлов, органических смол, углеводородов, окислов азота и углерода при малом гидродинамическом сопротивлении, отсутствие пылеобразования, а также удобство и простоту изготовления и использования. The objective of the present invention is to develop a material for kitchen hoods, which ensures complete absorption of components of heavy metals, organic resins, hydrocarbons, oxides of nitrogen and carbon with low hydrodynamic resistance, lack of dust formation, as well as convenience and ease of manufacture and use.
The problem is solved by the described sorption-filtering material containing a carrier of mineral or glass fibers, made in the form of a woven shell, impregnated with chlorophyll, and containing inside the shell a filler of a mixture of expanded perlite with a particle size of 2 - 4 mm and activated carbon with a particle size of 0.5 - 1.5 mm, the preferred content of the components in volume percent is:
Expanded Perlite - 70-80
Activated Carbon - 20 - 30
The implementation of the carrier in the form of a woven shell containing expanded perlite and activated carbon as a filler allows to increase the effective purification of CO, CO 2 , NO x , CS 2 , maintain a high degree of purification of hydrocarbons and heavy metals and also significantly reduce the resistance of the material to gas flow.
Указанный размер частиц компонентов наполнителя обеспечивает закрепление частиц активного угля в порах вспученного перлита, что приводит к обеспечению высокой удельной поверхности наполнителя и отсутствию пылеобразования. The indicated particle size of the filler components ensures the fixation of activated carbon particles in the pores of expanded perlite, which leads to a high specific surface of the filler and the absence of dust formation.
Пример. Example.
The carrier — a fabric of mineral (basalt) or glass fibers — is impregnated with a solution of chlorophyll in alcohol to a chlorophyll content of 8% by volume in the material and dried. From the resulting fabric make a shell in the form of a bag. A filler is prepared by mixing expanded perlite with a particle size of 2 - 4 mm (75 vol.%) And active powder coal with a particle size of 0.5 - 1.5 mm (25 vol.%). The prepared filler tightly fill the shell and seal. Thus obtained material is used in air filtration systems for kitchen hoods. The degree of air purification at a flow rate of 0.05 - 0.06 m / s was 99% for 6 months of operation.
