Abstract
Description
The invention relates to power engineering, and in particular to a device for wave pressure exchangers used in the petrochemical and gas industry as expansion refrigeration machines for low-temperature gas treatment plants.
с. СССР N 1592596, кл. F 04 F 11/02, 1988). Known wave pressure exchanger, comprising a housing, a rotor, gas distributors of active and passive gases and an external drive. In this case, the rotor and the housing are made of materials with a shape memory effect (AS USSR N 1592596, class F 04 F 11/02, 1988).
The disadvantages of the known device are the complexity of providing the required initial end gaps between the rotor and the gas distributors, as well as the high cost of manufacture.
The closest device of the same purpose to the proposed invention in terms of features is a wave pressure exchanger containing a housing with gas distributors mounted on it, bearing housings made in gas distributors, a rotor placed with axial clearances relative to the gas distributors, the shaft of which is installed on both sides of the bearings ( U.S. Patent No. 3078034, CL 417-64, 02.19.63).
In the known wave pressure exchanger, end clearances between the rotor and the gas distributors are achieved by making the body longer than the rotor, and are discretely changed by installing interchangeable gaskets between the body and the gas distributors. The impact of axial load during operation of the wave pressure exchanger leads to the development of bearings, the appearance of axial play and the displacement of the rotor to one of the gas distributors until their contact. This leads to damage to these elements and to an emergency stop of the wave pressure exchanger. At the same time, monitoring the size of the end gaps in the known device is very laborious, involves unjustifiably time consuming, because it requires almost complete disassembly of the apparatus. This leads to a decrease in the operational reliability of the wave pressure exchanger and, in general, of the technological installation in which it is operated.
The invention is aimed at improving the operational reliability of a wave pressure exchanger by simplifying the control and regulation of end clearances between the rotor and gas distributors.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known wave pressure exchanger comprising a housing with gas distributors mounted on it, bearing housings made in gas distributors, a rotor placed with axial clearances relative to the gas distributors, the shaft of which is mounted on both sides of the bearings, bearings located along one of the sides of the rotor, mounted on a sleeve mounted on the shaft by means of a threaded connection and landing and having a shoulder on the side of the rotor, and on the opposite side ones - the gland nut, and in the nest of these bearings mounted the clamping nut, the sleeve, the push nut and the pressure are adapted to fix axial positions, respectively, relative to the shaft, the sleeve and the gas distributor.
The drawing schematically shows a wave pressure exchanger.
The wave pressure exchanger comprises a housing (1) in which a rotor (2) is located. Gas distributors of active (3) and passive (4) gases are connected to the body (1), equipped with nozzles (5, 6, 7, 8,) for supplying and discharging gases. The rotor (2) is located relative to the gas distributors (3) and (4) with gaps A and B. The rotor shaft (9) is installed in the bearings (10, 11, 12). In this case, the bearings (11, 12) are placed on a sleeve (13) coaxially located relative to the shaft, having a thrust shoulder (14) on the side facing the rotor (2), and the bearing (10) is installed in the bearing housing (15) of the gas distributor (3) ) with the possibility of axial movement. Between the bearings (11) and (12) there is a spacer ring (16) transmitting axial force. The sleeve (13) is mounted on the shaft (9) by means of a threaded connection and can be fixed on the shaft by any known method. Moreover, from the side of the rotor (2) on the sleeve (13) a landing is provided that ensures the alignment of the rotor and the gas distributors. On the outer surface of the sleeve (13), from the side opposite to the rotor (2), a push nut (17) is coaxially mounted with the possibility of fixing its position on the sleeve (13) by any known method. In the bearing seat (18) of the gas distributor (4) coaxially to the shaft (9) of the rotor (2), a clamping nut (19) is installed with a thread on the outer surface. Along the perimeter of the rotor (2) are energy-exchange channels (20). An external drive is provided for rotating the rotor (not shown in FIG.).
The operation of the wave pressure exchanger is as follows.
(7). Active and passive gases are supplied through the nozzles (5) and (6) to the gas distributors (3) and (4) of the pressure wave exchanger. When the rotor (2) rotates, these gases in a certain sequence, in portions, enter and are removed from each energy exchange channel (20). The interaction of gases in the energy exchange channels leads to a decrease in pressure and temperature of the active medium, because energy is diverted from it, and increasing the pressure and temperature of the passive medium. Active gas is discharged from the wave pressure exchanger through the nozzle (8), and passive - through the nozzle (7).
The difference in gas pressures on the end surfaces of the rotor leads to the occurrence of axial load, the development of bearings, the appearance of axial play and the displacement of the rotor to one of the gas distributors until they contact. This causes damage to the elements of the apparatus and entails an emergency stop of the wave pressure exchanger.
In this regard, periodic monitoring and regulation of end gaps between the rotor and gas distributors are necessary, as follows.
In the initial state, the position of the sleeve (13) with the bearings (11), (12) mounted on it and the spacer ring (16) by means of the clamping nut (19) is fixed relative to the gas distributor (4). The inner ring of the bearing (11) is in contact with the thrust collar (14) of the sleeve (13). By pressing the nut (17), the axial play of the bearings (11) and (12) is selected and its position is fixed on the sleeve (13). By turning the sleeve (13) and simultaneously holding the shaft (9) from turning, the axial movement of the shaft (9) relative to the sleeve (13) and, consequently, of the rotor (2) relative to the gas distributors (3) is carried out (due to the threaded connection of the shaft with the sleeve) (4). When the rotor moves, the shaft rotates periodically in order to determine the moment of contact of the rotor with one of the gas distributors, which indicates a complete selection of one of the end clearances, for example, gap A. Further, controlling the linear movement of the shaft (by any known method, for example, using the linear displacement indicator installed from the shaft end on the drive side), rotate the sleeve (13) in the opposite direction and set the rotor to the other extreme position, completely choosing the clearance B. Thus, I get t value equal to the sum of the gaps A and B, on the basis of which, repeating the above operation, set the rotor in the desired position.
Thus, in contrast to the prototype, the use of the invention allows to simplify the control and regulation of end clearances, since this eliminates the almost complete disassembly of the wave pressure exchanger. Due to this, an increase in the operational reliability of the wave pressure exchanger and the technological installation as a whole, in which it is operated, is achieved. In addition, by reducing equipment downtime, undersupply of consumer products is reduced.
