Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a technology for the preparation of glazes, in particular for the production of porcelain utilitarian and artistic products.
Known glaze compositions used in the manufacture of porcelain products.
SiO2 - 69,48 - 70,38
Al2O3 - 15,18 - 16,09
Fe2O3 - 0,45 - 0,47
CaO - 5,83 - 5,87
MgO - 3,28 - 3,30
Na2O - 0,61 - 0,67
К2O - 3,78 - 3,95
TiO2 - 0,32 - 0,34
Однако состав этой глазури, как близкий к заявляемому решению по аналогичному содержанию введенных в него оксидов и предназначенный для использования в производстве тонкокерамических изделий, в частности фарфора, имеет низкие показатели, недостаточную химическую устойчивость, что свидетельствует величина силикатного модуля как отношение SiO2 : Al2O3 равная 2,05 - 2,09 (оптимальная 4,2 - 6,2, которая характеризует хорошую химическую устойчивость) /3/.Glaze porcelain mass / 1 / contains a skull poured porcelain 25-30, dolomite 13-15, primary kaolin (kaolin - raw with feldspar content of 18 - 43%), kaolinized quartz - feldspar sands (with feldspar content of 26 - 44%) - 30 - 35, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
SiO 2 - 69.48 - 70.38
Al 2 O 3 - 15.18 - 16.09
Fe 2 O 3 - 0.45 - 0.47
CaO - 5.83 - 5.87
MgO - 3.28 - 3.30
Na 2 O - 0.61 - 0.67
K 2 O - 3.78 - 3.95
TiO 2 - 0.32 - 0.34
However, the composition of this glaze, which is close to the claimed solution for a similar content of oxides introduced into it and intended for use in the production of fine-ceramic products, in particular porcelain, has low rates, insufficient chemical stability, which indicates the size of the silicate module as the ratio of SiO 2 : Al 2 O 3 equal to 2.05 - 2.09 (optimal 4.2 - 6.2, which characterizes good chemical stability) / 3 /.
The glaze mixture / 2 / includes, wt.%: Quartz sand 5 - 10, pegmatite 10 - 15, porcelain skull watered 15 - 16, primary kaolin (raw kaolin with feldspar contents up to 18 - 43) and dolomite 15 - 16 at the following ratio of components, wt.%:
SiO 2 - 68.05 - 68.75
Al 2 O 3 - 16.60 - 16.80
Ca0 - 5.89 - 6.33
MgO - 3.32 - 3.57
Na 2 O - 1.09 - 1.42
K 2 O - 3.36 - 3.48
TiO 2 - 0.17 - 0.18
Fe 2 O 3 - 0.49 - 0.50
This mass composition is used for the production of fine-ceramic products, in particular in the manufacture of porcelain for the production of utilitarian and decorative products.
A disadvantage of the known glaze mass is reduced chemical stability (silicate modulus ranges from 4.1 - 4.19 <4.2 - 6.2) (Table 1 - a comparative assessment of the glaze), low gloss and microhardness, and a reduced number of heat exchanges , as well as a relatively low temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TEC).
As a prototype of the claimed technical solution, the well-known glaze composition / 2 / was chosen as the closest in charge composition to the claimed solution in chemical composition and functional purpose.
The aim of the invention is to increase chemical resistance, gloss of glaze, increase TECL and microhardness, heat transfer.
1).The proposed composition of the porcelain glaze is tested and effective, it is close to the ceramic mass produced by the applicant and differs from it in a high content of alkalis and bases. The similarity of the compositions leads to the formation of a natural transition at the place of combination of the glaze and porcelain layer, which is favored by the introduction of porcelain watered shards when grinding in amounts of 3 - 13%, although they are considered rational at 12 - 15% and higher / 3 /; in the prototype they make up 15 - 16%. The ratio of oxides in the composition of the glaze (see table. 1) (with a spill at 1320 - 1350 o C) indicates the correct selection of the composition of porcelain glaze. Putting a battle in the proposed ratio does not spoil the presentation of the artistic and decorative product. The silicate module of the claimed composition indicates good chemical stability of the composition. The selected ratio of the components of the claimed composition in comparison / 1.2 / better contributes to cristobalitization of the glaze (see paragraph 4, table. 1).
1. A comparative assessment of the known and proposed glazes is given in table. 1.
The proposed glaze composition for coating porcelain products has sufficient chemical resistance, mechanical strength, microhardness, heat resistance, consistency of glaze and material according to the thermal expansion coefficient, has a transparent and good gloss, even spill and is well fused, and also less prone to subsidence.

CaO - 9,2 - 10,8
MgO - 4,6 - 5,5
Na2O - 1,9 - 2,34
К2O - 4,07 - 4,57
TiO2 - 0,05 - 0,07
Fe2O3 - 0,21 - 0,25
2 - 6%.This goal is achieved in that the porcelain glaze, including SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , CaO, MgO, K 2 O, Na 2 0, TiO 2 , Fe 2 O 3 , contains these components in the following ratio, wt.%:
SiO 2 - 63.79 - 66.97
Al 2 O 3 - 10.94 - 14.74
CaO - 9.2 - 10.8
MgO - 4.6 - 5.5
Na 2 O - 1.9 - 2.34
K 2 O - 4.07 - 4.57
TiO 2 - 0.05 - 0.07
Fe 2 O 3 - 0.21 - 0.25
The mixture for the preparation of glazes contains, wt.%: Pegmatite Chupinsky 53.9 - 59.9, quartz sand 10.1 - 20.1, porcelain watered skull 3 - 13, dolomite 11 - 20, kaolin prosyanovsky 2 - 6%.
A comparative analysis of the claimed solutions with the known allows us to conclude that the proposed technical solution meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."
From the patent and scientific and technical literature, the applicant does not explicitly know the composition of the porcelain glaze, which provides increased chemical resistance, thermal expansion coefficient, gloss, microhardness, heat resistance and heat transfer, which indicates that the criterion of the invention is "inventive step".
The claimed technical solution can be used in the porcelain and faience industry, it is disclosed in the application materials with the completeness sufficient for its implementation, and provides the manufacture of porcelain utilitarian and decorative purposes, mainly underglaze decoration. Thus, the proposed solution meets the criteria of the invention of "industrial applicability".
The technology for preparing the glaze composition includes the following operations: sorting of raw materials (pegmatite, quartz sand, kaolin); preparation of watered shards, dolomite; weight dosing of these components; fine grinding in ball mills; sieve and magnetic enrichment of the glaze suspension.
Glazing products consists of the following operations: impregnation of the supporting surfaces of the product with hydrophobic substances (molten paraffin in kerosene); glazing decorated products of the claimed composition with a layer thickness of 0.1 - 0.15 mm
In the table. 2 shows the specific compositions of glazes, and in table. 3 - their physicochemical properties.
The content of coloring oxides of iron and titanium is negligible, which eliminates the formation of "flies" on the products.
As can be seen from the table. 2, the use of the proposed porcelain glaze can increase the chemical stability, microhardness of the glaze, which positively affects the performance of glazed products (they are more durable, etc.). The value of the modulus of normal elasticity of the claimed glaze is higher than that of the prototype, which increases the heat resistance and mechanical strength of porcelain.
