The invention relates to light industry - fur sub-industry, and can be used in raw-dyeing production for the manufacture of fur skins, in particular mink skins.
д. (А.С. N 1234430, МКИ C 14 C 1/00, 1984 г.). A known method of processing fur skins, mainly minks, by soaking with an aqueous composition, including sodium chloride and acetic acid, coatings, pickling, tanning, fatliquoring, etc. (A.S. N 1234430, MKI C 14
М., 1984, с. 6-16). The closest to the method according to the invention in technical essence and the achieved technical effect is a known method for processing mink skins by washing, washing, turning the skin on leather, wrinkling, first soaking with an aqueous composition, including sodium chloride, wringing, washing, straightening, meninges , 2nd soaking, pickling, gouging, tanning, fatliquoring, etc. (Unified technology for processing mink skins. M., 1984, p. 6-16).
- продолжительность обработки, в частности при обработке шкурок норки жидкостные операции при выделке составляют 52-64 ч;

The problem is achieved by the method of processing fur skins according to the invention. The essence of the method lies in the combination of the following essential features, sufficient to achieve the specified technical result.
In the method of treating fur skins by washing, turning the skin on leather, soaking off with an aqueous composition, including sodium chloride, pickling, gouging and tanning, when soaking at the beginning of processing, a complex preparation based on oxygen-containing treps of the general formula C 10 H 16 O is added to the aqueous composition in the amount of 3-5 g / l and combine it with pickling and tanning for 18-20 hours, while sodium chloride is administered in two divided doses at the beginning of processing and after 7-8 hours, and gouging is carried out after tanning with subsequent degreasing.
Given the totality of the essential features, the method of processing fur skins according to the invention meets the condition of novelty.
A comparative analysis of the technical solution according to the invention with the closest analogue (see table 1) shows that the method for processing fur skins (mink skins) according to the invention differs from the known procedure (time) in time, processing parameters. These differences make up the distinctive features of the method according to the invention, namely: when soaking at the beginning of treatment, a complex preparation based on oxygen-containing terpenes of the general formula C 10 H 16 O in an amount of 3-5 g / l is added to the aqueous composition and combined with pickling and tanning within 18-20 hours, while sodium chloride is administered in two doses equally at the beginning of processing and after 7-8 hours, and gouging is carried out after tanning, followed by degreasing.
An invention may be recognized as meeting the condition of an inventive step, since known technical solutions having features matching its distinguishing features have not been identified.
