Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of paper-based film materials and can be used in the manufacture of high-quality low-toxic lined materials used, for example, in the manufacture of furniture and standard housing construction.
B 27 N 3/06, 1994). It is known to use aminoformaldehyde resin for the manufacture of paper-based film materials used hereinafter for the manufacture of surface-treated wood boards. (RF patent N 2015887, CL B 27
Also known composition for the manufacture of film materials on the basis of paper, including aminoformaldehyde resin, stabilizer and activator. (RF patent N 2048983, CL B 27
The disadvantages of using low-molar non-vacuum urea-formaldehyde resins for the manufacture of film materials, which are characterized by low thermo-hydrolytic stability, are the lack of flexibility and elasticity of the film materials, especially when finishing them with shaped surfaces, for example, by postforming.
The aim of the invention is to increase the thermal stability and ductility of finishing film materials during hot pressing.
This goal is achieved in that the composition for the manufacture of paper-based film materials, including aminoformaldehyde resin, stabilizer and activator, additionally contains a reducing agent in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:
Amino formaldehyde resin - 100
Activator - 0.1-8
Stabilizer - 0.2-15
Reducing agent - 0.1-10
while phenol-formaldehyde condensate was used as a reducing agent.

Properties obtained by examples of compositions are presented in the table.
From the data presented in the table it can be seen that the use of a reducing agent in the composition has a heat-stabilizing effect on the polymer system as a whole, prevents the polymer elasticity after heat treatment from decreasing to critical values of at least 20%, which allows the film material to be bent again during lining along the profile with minimal bending radii.
The invention allows to increase the degree of elasticity and thermo-hydrostability of polymers, to provide conditions for postforming and to improve the quality of coatings based on papers intended for the manufacture of furniture and other products.
