In the art, the technical challenge lies in the limited range of prefabricated tools for this purpose that can be wall-mounted while securely holding flat-shaped kitchen items in any combination. Such kitchen items, in particular, include cutting boards, pot and pan lids, and trays.

From patent document EP 1800563 (published 06/27/2007) a wall holder is known, including at least two parallel rails, made with the possibility of attaching to the wall, and supporting elements installed in the said rails in the form of consoles arranged in tiers, each console having a projection onto a plane , passing through the longitudinal axis of the guide, has the form of a right triangle, the hypotenuse of which is turned down. assigned to support the shelves. In other words, the console has a shape corresponding to a reinforced structure, similar to the presence of a strut.

This technical solution has some negative features when used as a holder for kitchen utensils. In particular, when placing lids or cutting boards on protruding consoles, there is a problem of lengthening the extension of the console to accommodate said items of kitchen utensils having different sizes. So, when placing flat items of kitchen utensils on one of the tiers, the consoles of the overlying tier prevent the placement, for example, of a cutting board or lid close to the wall. Therefore, the known device is characterized by a low degree of compactness in the placement of flat kitchen utensils.

In the description to the patent RU 2413453 (published 2413453) disclosed a technical solution related to the design, including several guiding consoles located one above the other and associated with a vertical element having a front surface with holes, each of which led to the end section of the corresponding guiding console.

The use of this holder is problematic from the point of view of the reliability of fastening the guide console by inserting the end section into the corresponding hole of the vertical element without the use of additional means of fastening.

Based on the foregoing, the technical problem is to expand the arsenal of tools for this purpose, having a collapsible design, providing simple and reliable fastening of guides (holders) designed to support cutting boards, trays, lids and other items related to kitchen items with a flat form.

To solve this technical problem, as a utility model, a wall-mounted collapsible device for storing and drying kitchen items is proposed, which includes a panel made of sheet metal blanks, guide-holders extending from the front surface of the panel in at least two longitudinal rows and having a U-shaped cross-sectional profile, mounting profiles also located on the rear side of the panel in the number of indicated rows, moreover, the guide-holders on the rear side have end mounting sections, each end mounting section is made in the form of a fork of lugs and goes to the back side of the panel through paired slots made in thicker than the panel, and the field of each side of the specified U-shaped profile of the guide-holder, adjacent to the front surface of the panel, is made with a protruding edge forming a persistent tongue; guide-holders are installed with the corresponding stop tongues abutting against the surface of the front side of the panel; that it closes the forks of the lugs of a number of guide-holders, and the lugs of the corresponding fork of the guide-holder, aligned with a pair of coaxial holes of the mounting profile, are tightened with fasteners forming the attachment point of a separate guide-holder.

Preferably in the proposed device:

in each guide-holder, the fork of the lugs and the part of the guide-holder extending from the front surface of the panel should be made at an angle of 165 degrees, each thrust tongue should be made with a straight stop edge, ensuring its adjoining to the front surface of the panel and the location of the guide-holders with an upward slope under an angle of 75 degrees to the front surface of the panel;

the slots of each pair should be made with a V-shaped profile.

The implementation of the main components of the proposed device from sheet metal blanks makes it possible to make this device collapsible.

Thus, the implementation of through slots in the thickness of the metal panel allows you to organize the installation of each guide-holder from the side of the front surface of the panel. To this end, the guide-holders are made with end mounting sections, which are forks of lugs, while each eye of the fork is a continuation of the corresponding side wall of the guide-holder, having a U-shaped profile in cross section. When inserting (from the front side of the panel) the fork of the guide-holder lugs into the corresponding paired slots, it becomes possible to fix a row (setting the longitudinal direction) of guide-holders from the back side of the panel. Such fastening is also dictated by the presence of persistent tongues that act as a stop for the guide-holder to ensure its bearing capacity.

The shape of the thrust tongues is given by its specified function. In more detail, the shape of the thrust tongues is disclosed below in the exemplary embodiment of the proposed device.

Taking into account that the row of guide holders defines the longitudinal direction, the mounting profiles are also installed longitudinally, closing the end sections of the row of guide holders, while the opposite sides of the surface of the end mounting sections are adjacent to the corresponding inner surface of the side walls of the mounting profiles. The fit of said surfaces of the mounting profile and end sections creates the prerequisites for direct fixation of the end section with the help of threaded elements included in the corresponding fastening unit and for tightening the opposite sides of the mounting profile and the fork of the lugs.

Based on the foregoing, the mounting profiles installed on the back side according to the number of rows of guide-holders perform the function of the stiffeners of the proposed device, and the screed of the sides of the mounting profiles with a threaded connection and forks of the lugs ensure the solidity of the structure.

Thus, the execution of panels, guide-holders and mounting profiles installed from the back side, as well as the presence of fastener threaded elements made with the possibility of detachment, from sheet metal blanks, leads to the creation of a collapsible wall device designed to hold kitchen items, mainly having flat shape.

The use of a collapsible design has the advantage of being replaceable. When replacing one guide-holder from the back side, the threaded elements included in the fastening unit are separated, then the guide-holder is removed from the front side by removing the end section from the slots. The new guide is installed in place of the removed guide in an obvious way.

To hold kitchen items, the guide holders can be installed, for example, in three rows. The expediency of using a panel with three rows of guide-holders is due to the scope of the proposed device for large-sized and heavy items in the kitchen of a catering enterprise.

As in the technical solution chosen as the closest analogue, in the claimed device, the guide-holders are installed with an upward inclination for a stable position of the kitchen items in storage and/or drying. For reliable fastening of guide-holders with an upward inclination, some elements of the device have design features.

Based on the optimal upward inclination angle chosen equal to 75 degrees, the end section and the main part of the guide-holder, extending from the front side of the panel, are made at an angle of 165 degrees, taking into account the fit of the straight edge of each stop tab, which is adjacent to the front surface of the panel.

The implementation of paired slots having a V-shaped profile is advisable to use for ease of installation when inserting the end sections of the guides from the side of the front part of the panel into a wider part of the cutouts and, in addition, supporting the fork of the lugs in the V-shaped profile helps to increase the reliability of the installation of the guide-holders due to the wedge-shaped (V-shaped) shape of the profile that holds the corresponding lug.

The wall-mounted collapsible device for drying and storing kitchen items includes the following made from sheet metal blanks: panel 1, guide-holders 2 installed in two rows (in the longitudinal direction), mounting profiles 3 installed on the back side of the panel 1.

Panel 1 is formed by bending the corresponding side of the sheet blank to form a frame on the back side of panel 1.

The guide-holders 2, made by bending the sheet blank, have a U-shaped cross section, and to increase the bearing capacity of the guide-holder 2, its sides 4 are made with a double bend (figure 4), and the field of each side of the guide-holder 2 , adjacent to the front surface of the panel 1, is made with a curly edge that forms the tongue 5, does not have a double bend.

The guide-holder 2 has an end mounting section 6 (figure 3), having the form of a fork of lugs, which is intended, firstly, for mounting the guide-holder 2 by inserting an end section 6 from the side of the front part of the panel 1 in the slot 7, and secondly , this section 6 is a means used to organize the attachment point of the corresponding holder guide 2 to the panel 1.

To increase the bearing capacity of the guide-holder, the tongues 5, made on both sides of the guide-holder 2, ensure that in the mounting position it rests against the front surface of the panel 1.

It should be noted that with the selected inclination of the guide-holders 2 upwards at an angle of 75 degrees to the front surface of the panel 1, in the mounting position, the fork of the lugs 6 on the back side is installed horizontally, that is, at an angle of 90 degrees to the back side of the panel surface. Thus, the angle between the end portion 6 and the main part of the holder guide 2 extending from the front side of the panel 1 is 165 degrees. On this basis, the straight section 8 of the thrust tongue 5 is also made with an inclination of 75 degrees, based on the possibility of abutting this edge 8 against the front surface of the panel 1 (Fig. 3).

Mounting profile 3 has a U-shaped cross section with outgoing longitudinal shelves 9, which are pressed against the rear surface of the panel 1; on the sides of this profile 3, coaxial through holes 10 are made at a distance (in the longitudinal direction) that ensures the coaxial arrangement of the lugs 6 and said holes 10.

The length of the mounting profiles 3 is chosen based on the possibility of placing this profile between the transverse edges of the bent frame (on the back side of the panel 1).

The transverse dimensions of the mounting profiles are selected 3 based on the ability to close the specified profile as a casing, the end mounting sections 6 of the guide-holders 2, and also guided by the need to ensure reliable fastening of the guide-holders 2 by tightening the lugs 6 located between the sides of the mounting profiles 3 (in transverse direction). Therefore, when the condition of contact between the outer surfaces of the fork of the lugs and the inner surfaces of the sides of the mounting profiles is met, the fasteners ensure the fixation of the guide-holders relative to the panel. Fasteners include bolts 11 passing through coaxial holes 10 of the mounting profile 3 and lugs 6, and nuts 12 (Fig.6).

To mount the device on a wall from its rear side, holes (not indicated by position) for mounting elements are made on the panel frame.

The device must be assembled as follows.

Panel 1, guide-holders 2 and mounting profiles 3 are preliminarily made from sheet metal blanks by molding.

In the V-shaped slots 7 on the front side, guide-holders 2 of at least one row are installed with the tabs 5 resting on the surface of the panel 1 on the front side. On the back side of the panel 1, the protruded forks of the eyes 6 are closed by the mounting profile 3, while the shelves 9 of the mounting profile 3 are pressed against the rear surface of the panel 1. Bolts 10 are inserted into the coaxial holes 10 and into the lugs 6 and, when nuts 12 are tightened, the lugs 6 are tightened. together with the side walls of the mounting profile 3.

A collapsible device is installed on a wall for drying and storing kitchen items that have a flat shape.

If necessary, the components of the device are subject to repeated assembly and disassembly, while the reliability of the structure, including its rigidity, is not violated due to the structural elements used.

The proposed device expands the range of well-known wall-mounted holders of kitchen items due to the collapsible design, which provides for the replacement of individual guide-holders thanks to detachable threaded connections.
