Abstract
Description
М., 1974, с. 549-555).The invention relates to the field of production of porous materials, for example, used as filters for cleaning liquid and gaseous media, and can also be used in the production of heat-insulating materials. Various methods are known for producing porous materials from polymers by introducing a gaseous phase into a polymeric medium, for example, into polymer solutions, into polymer melts, into crude rubber compounds. For example, rubber mixtures, polymer melts are saturated with gas (N 2 , CO 2 ) at high pressure (in an autoclave), or thermoplastic polymers (in the form of granules) are saturated with low-boiling liquids (isopentate, methylene chloride). Thus saturated granules are poured into a mold and heated with saturated steam to a temperature exceeding the glass transition temperature of the polymer, and at the same time, the granules are foamed under the pressure of the vapor formed from the low boiling liquid (see Polymers Encyclopedia, vol. 2. M., 1974, p. 549 -555).
These methods are not without drawbacks:
- the use of sophisticated technological equipment,
- toxicity, fire hazard due to the use of volatile substances, such as solvents.
C 08 J 9/24, 1988).A known method of producing porous materials from high density polyethylene with a melt index of 0.5 g / 10 min. by mixing it (600 g) with potassium bicarbonate (300 g), ethylene glycol, carbon tetrachloride for one hour at room temperature, tableting (molding) at a pressure of 150 kg / cm 2 and processing with a high-frequency current (see author. A known method of obtaining a porous material from a composition containing an unsaturated polyfunctional monomer with active hydrogen atoms (polyester), polyisocyanate, hardener and water. The molding is carried out, for example, by sequentially cooling the mixture (solution) to -25 o C, irradiating for 15 minutes with a UV lamp, spraying the product with a solution of triethylamine in acetone at -8 o C. After evaporation of the solvent, a microporous product with permeability to
A known method of manufacturing a porous heat-insulating material based on phenol-formaldehyde resin, porophore, urotropin and porous filler with a particle size of 10-40 mm (expanded clay, fiberglass) treated with chlorinated hydrocarbon (SV 81296, 1979). The method is complex and in addition involves the use of toxic chlorinated hydrocarbons.
A known method of obtaining a porous material from thermoplastic polymers (high pressure polyethylene, polyethylene waste) from a composition containing a polymer (50-60 wt.%), Pore former (azodicarbamide) 3-5 wt.%, Filler (asbestos, fiberglass, basalt fiber) - 30-45 wt.%, Urea - 0.1 - 0.25 wt. %, water - 1.9-4.75 wt.%. A porous material (foam) is obtained by homogenizing the composition at a temperature of a viscous flow state (140 ° , 158 min). The filler is pretreated with urea, and foaming is carried out in forms at 160-180 o C for 15-30 minutes (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1821476, class C 08
The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the claimed invention is a method for producing a porous material based on thermoplastic resins from a composition containing a thermoplastic resin of 25 - 90 wt.% Per 100 wt.% Of the mixture and mineral filler with a porosity of 10-12% and humidity up to 15% selected from the group comprising zeolite, shungite, apatite with a particle size of 0.04 - 0.1 mm in an amount of 10 - 75 wt.% Per 100 wt. % of the mixture, and foaming is carried out for 15 to 20 minutes at the temperature of the polymer melt (see RF patent N 2078098, 1997). The disadvantage of this method is that
- when the content of the thermoplastic polymer is less than 20 wt.% per 100 wt.% of the mixture, the material has no strength,
- relatively high (not less than 7%) shrinkage, which does not allow to manufacture products of high accuracy,
- low chemical and heat resistance in solvents and petroleum products, especially at elevated (above 100 o C) operating temperatures.
The technical task of the invention is to increase the strength, chemical and heat resistance of the porous material, reduce shrinkage deformation.
Примерами термореактивных смол являются, например, олигоэфирмалеинатная смола НПС-609-21 (ПН-609-21), олигоэфиракрилаты ТГМ-3 - (олигоэфиртри (оксиэтилен)- -w, - диметакрилат), МГФ-9-диметакрилат-бис-диэтиленгликольфталат или их смеси, в сочетании с такими инициаторами отверждения, как перекись метилэтилкетона, порофор ЧХЗ-21- азодикарбамид (10 мас.% на 100 мас.% связующей смолы).The technical problem is achieved in that in a method for producing a porous material by mixing a binder and porous natural mineral filler with a moisture content of up to 15%, selected from the group including zeolite, schungite, apatite, perlite, diatomite, tripoli or a mixture thereof, and then foaming the mixture into the process of molding when heated, as a binder use a binder based on a thermosetting resin selected from the group including unsaturated oligoester resin, oligoester acrylates (or mixtures thereof), epoxy oligomers - for example, polycondensation products of epichlorohydrin with phenols. As the filler, a filler is used selected from the indicated group with a particle size of not more than 5 mm and porosity of 8-75% with a ratio of 75-95 wt.% Filler and

These fillers are used with porosity of 8 - 75% and up to 15% humidity.
The advantages of the claimed invention are as follows:
- increases the strength, chemical and heat resistance of the porous material,
- decreases the shrinkage of the finished product.
The process of formation of a porous structure occurs as follows: the air located in the pores of the mineral, expanding when heated, as well as the evaporating moisture adsorbed on the surface of the mineral, foams the oligomer, forming passage pores, the size of which is determined by the granulometric composition of the mineral and the concentration of the oligomer, in addition, passage pores in the mineral particles themselves, the size of which varies from several tens of angstroms to several tens of microns, which increases the total porosity of the material a and hence the overall performance of the cleaning liquid or gaseous media.
The reproducibility of the claimed invention is illustrated by the following examples.
