Description

The proposed utility model relates to folding furniture, namely to portable folding furniture, the legs of which are made with the possibility of fixation in the unfolded and folded position.

From the prior art known technical solution "Item of folding furniture", disclosed in the patent of the Russian Federation No. 100707 U1, and characterized in that the item of folding furniture has supports made of bent metal pipes, and crossbars made of metal pipes, polymer corners made with the possibility of pairwise fixation of the ends of the supports and the ends of the crossbar relative to each other, on the inner surface of the bends of the supports, elongated dents are made, forming stiffening ribs.

Known technical solution "Folding bench", disclosed in the patent of the Russian Federation No. 31931 U1, 03/07/2003, which declares a folding bench containing a wooden seat on frame-legs, moreover, the frame-legs are made rotatable relative to the seat with the ability to fold and unfold under the seat and equipped with locks for fixing the frame-legs in the extreme positions of their rotation when folding and unfolding the frame-legs under the seat.

Known technical solution "Folding furniture product", disclosed in the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2014793 C1, 06/30/1994, in which a product is claimed that has a support base consisting of two pairs of series-hinged connected sections, and a working surface consisting of two parts, each of which is pivotally connected to one of the pairs of the support base.

The disadvantage of these technical solutions is the lack of reliability of the piece of furniture due to the impossibility of fixing it in the folded position when carrying and in the unfolded position when using.

The folding breakfast table "White" was taken as the closest analogue (found on the Internet: https://dubravia.ru/goods/stolik-dlya-zavtraka-white-52kh33kh3-8-sm-naturalnyy-dubraviya-krk-001-bt /#pp-specs) consisting of a horizontal surface and inward-folding legs. The disadvantage of this solution is the impossibility of fixing the legs, due to which, when using the table, its stability is not ensured, which leads to insufficient reliability of the table. The disadvantages also include the impossibility of using this folding table as a bench, a stool, since the connection of the legs and the surface of the table does not involve heavy loads.

The problem that the claimed utility model solves is the insufficient reliability of the piece of furniture and the difficulty of fixing the legs, since when the legs are not fixed, it is difficult to quickly and stably install the piece of furniture, especially if something is standing on its surface.

The technical result achieved in the implementation of the claimed utility model is to increase the reliability of a piece of folding furniture due to quick and easy fixation of the folded and unfolded position of the legs.

The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the piece of folding furniture contains a horizontally oriented surface and legs that are attached to the lower side of the horizontally oriented surface by means of connecting nodes, and adjacent legs located at opposite edges of the horizontally oriented surface are connected in pairs by a crossbar, with each connecting the assembly is made with a central slot, on both sides of which L-shaped grooves are made, and contains an inner notched side for engagement with the upper end of the leg when fixing the position of the legs, and grooves for partially accommodating the crossbar in them when fixing the position of the legs, each of the legs includes a pin, the two ends of which protrude from opposite sides of the leg, facing the sides of the central slot of the connecting node and are movably included in the L-shaped grooves so that a movable connection of the leg and the connecting node is provided la. The piece of folding furniture (figure 1) contains a horizontally oriented surface (1) connected to the legs (2) by means of connecting nodes (3), and two adjacent legs located on opposite edges of the horizontally oriented surface are rigidly connected by a crossbar (4).

The leg at the upper end contains a recess (5) for additional fixation of the legs in the open and closed position, and a pin (6), the two ends of which protrude from opposite sides of the leg (2), and the pin provides a movable connection of the leg (2) with the connecting node ( 3), which fits the upper part of the leg (2).

The connecting node (3) includes a central slot (7), which extends from the upper side of the connecting node (3) along its end side until it comes into contact with the lower side of the horizontally oriented surface (1) of a piece of folding furniture, and on both sides of which L -shaped grooves (8), into which the ends of the pin (6) are movable, protruding from opposite sides of the leg (2), facing the sides of the central slot (7), which ensures the mobility of the leg (2) for folding and unfolding.

The connecting node (3) contains grooves (9-1, 9-2) made to partially accommodate the crossbar (4) when fixing the position of the leg (2), and repeating its shape, and the inner side (10) of the connecting node (3 ) is notched so that the upper end of the leg (2) engages with the notched side (10) of the connecting unit (3) when fixing the folded and unfolded position.

The connecting assembly (3) is rigidly attached to the underside of the horizontally oriented surface (1) of the piece of folding furniture, for example, by means of a tight insertion into a hole (not shown) made on the underside of the horizontally oriented surface (1) of the piece of furniture, with an adhesive coating of the insertion point , or bolts, or in some other way, providing a rigid attachment of the connecting node (3) to a horizontally oriented surface (1).

The recess (5) made at the upper end of the leg (2) provides additional fixation of the leg in the folded position. The legs (2) are fixed in the folded position (figure 4).

The movement of the crossbar (4) is carried out by pressing the fingers on its upper side, the legs (2) from the position of "horizontal fixation" are brought to the position "without fixation" (figure 1), in which the crossbar (4) comes out of the groove (9-1) of the connecting unit (3), the pin (6) of the leg (2) is in the central position (Position B) in the L-shaped groove (8), the upper end of the leg (2) disengages from the inner notched side (10) of the connecting unit ( 3). Legs (2) hang freely under the influence of gravity (figure 5).

To bring the legs to the "vertical fixation" position (figure 3), move the crossbar (4) up, pressing on the lower side of the crossbar (4) towards the horizontally oriented surface (1) of the piece of folding furniture, while the crossbar (4) fits into the groove (9-2) of the connecting unit (3), the pin (6) of the leg (2) moves to the second extreme position (Position B) in the L-shaped groove (8), the upper end of the leg (2) engages with the inner notched side ( 10) connecting node (3). The recess (5), made at the upper end of the leg (2), being in engagement with the inner notched side of the connecting unit, provides additional fixation of the leg in the unfolded position. The legs (2) are fixed in the unfolded position (Fig.6).

When bringing the legs (2) from the position "vertical fixation" to the position "without fixation" (figure 5), the crossbar (4) leaves the groove (9-2) of the connecting node (3), the pin (6) of the leg (2) moves to the central position (Position B) in the L-shaped groove (8), the upper end of the leg (2) disengages from the inner notched side (10) of the connecting unit (3). Legs (2) hang freely.

Due to the fact that the crossbar (4) is connected to the legs (2) in their upper third, the most comfortable position of the hands is provided without the need to move them to unfold and fold the legs (2) of a piece of folding furniture, which facilitates the use of a piece of folding furniture and does not require additional actions from the user. The most preferred distance from the upper side of the horizontally oriented surface (1) of a piece of folding furniture to the lower side of the crossbar (4) is 5-15 cm, which on average corresponds to the distance from the beginning of the metacarpal bone to the middle phalanges of the fingers of an adult.

Fixation of the legs (2) allows you to carry a piece of folding furniture in the unfolded or folded position and place it on any surface, even if there are any objects on it, in other words, a reliable piece of folding furniture is provided, the fixation of the legs of which occurs quickly and simply as in the unfolded , and in the folded position, which contributes to a stable and quick installation of a piece of furniture and reliability when using it.

The design of the proposed item of folding furniture is simple, does not contain complex structural elements, while durable and can even withstand the weight of an adult.

A piece of folding furniture can be made from many types of materials, such as wood, metal, polymers.
