Abstract

The proposed utility model relates to the woodworking industry and can be used to test children's furniture using a model that imitates the body of a child. EFFECT: ensuring the reliability of test results by using a mannequin with the appropriate anthropometric characteristics of the child (size, weight and shape), depending on the type of furniture products being used. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the dummy for testing baby beds, cradles and cradles, imitating the body of a child, includes a head, neck, torso, arms and legs corresponding to the dimensions of the child's body, and at the same time the torso, arms and legs have compartments made with the possibility placement of loads, the mass of which depends on the increasing weight of the growing child, in the form of tubular elements, with the possibility of their extension, simulating an increase in the length of parts of the body of a growing child, to the ends of which clamps are attached to fasten the elements of the hands to the tested product. 1 ill.

The intended utility model relates to the woodworking industry and can be used to test children's furniture using a model that imitates the body of a child.

Known methods for testing according to GOST 28777-2016 “Furniture. Children's beds. Test methods” (Electronic resource. Access mode: https://docs.cntd.ru/document/1200146971) containing the requirements for a dummy presented as a cylindrical object with a diameter of 120 mm, a height of 180 mm and a mass of 9 kg with a center of gravity in the center of the cylinder, with an edge radius of 50 mm with permissible deviations: for load - ± 5%; by weight - ± 0.5%; by geometric dimensions - ± 0.5 mm.

The disadvantages of using this dummy are:

discrepancy between the size, weight and shape of the true anthropometric characteristics of the child;

the inability to assess the quality of furniture products for different age categories of children;

inconsistency in the size, weight and shape of the dummy leads to unreliable test results and the risk of injury during operation.

The technical result is to ensure the reliability of the test results by using a mannequin with the appropriate anthropometric characteristics of the child, depending on the type of furniture products being used.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the dummy for testing baby beds, cradles and cradles, imitating the body of a child, including the head, neck, torso, arms and legs, corresponding to the size of the child's body, according to the utility model, the torso, arms and legs have compartments made with the possibility of placing loads, the mass of which depends on the growing weight of a growing child, in the form of tubular elements, with the possibility of their extension, simulating an increase in the length of parts of the body of a growing child, to the ends of which clamps are attached to fasten the elements of the hands to the tested product.

The drawing shows: head (1), neck (2), arms (3), clamps (4), torso (5) with a compartment for cargo (6) and legs (7), with sliding devices to increase the length, in according to the age and type of furniture tested (beds with type I railing, beds without type II railing, folding (collapsible) beds, rocking beds and cradles for home use. The expanded elements are fixed with stoppers (8) in the holes on the tubular elements imitating hands and child's legs, it is possible to attach the mannequin to the side beds with clamps (4).

The application of the dummy is carried out as follows:

1) the dummy is installed (fitted) into the tested product in accordance with the test scheme;

2) when testing a rocking bed and a cradle intended for children under one year old with a height of up to 68-80 cm, the length of the dummy can be up to 80 cm; when testing children's beds of types I and II, intended for children from one to three years old, the length of the mannequin can be increased to 97 cm;

3) the change in the weight of the dummy is carried out by installing a load corresponding in weight to a certain age of the child from 3 to 15 kg, placed in the niche of the body;

4) when carrying out tests requiring a vertical position of the dummy, its attachment to the tested product is provided.

Achieved result.

Ensuring the reliability of test results by using a mannequin with the appropriate anthropometric characteristics of the child, depending on the type of furniture products being used (size, weight and shape). The possibility of manufacturing the device by the woodworking enterprise.

Ensuring safety during the operation of products: rocking beds and cradles for home use, beds with a type I fence and beds without a type II fence, folding (collapsible) beds by changing the weight and parameters of the dummy.

The mannequin, imitating the body of a child, has the ability to change the weight using removable weights placed inside the body of the body, and body parameters that increase in size along the length by spreading the elements of the arms and legs, providing testing of various furniture products depending on the age of the child.
