Description
The utility model relates to cable technology, namely, to designs of self-supporting insulated wires for overhead power lines for a rated voltage up to 0.6/1 kV inclusive.
27.01.2009).A self-supporting insulated wire is known, containing at least one stranded conductive conductor made of aluminum with polymer insulation, twisted around a zero bearing stranded conductor made of aluminum alloy or steel-aluminum bare or containing polymer insulation, which additionally contains at least one optical fiber, enclosed in a metal, fiberglass or polymer tube, (patent RU No. 80279, M. class H01V 11/22, published 01/27/2009).
The features of the known wire, coinciding with the features of the claimed utility model, consist in making a self-supporting insulated wire, containing at least one insulated main conductive core, twisted around the zero bearing multi-wire core made of aluminum alloy containing polymer insulation, and, in addition, the wire contains at least , one optical fiber enclosed in a tube.
Distinctive features of the proposed utility model and the well-known wire design is the presence of a fiber-optic cable with certain parameters, and not a fiber-optic module (as in the known design), twisted around the zero carrier core together with the main current-carrying cores. In addition, light-stabilized self-extinguishing cross-linked polyethylene with improved physical and mechanical characteristics is used in the insulation of the proposed wire.
The problem to be solved by the utility model is to increase the reliability of the self-supporting insulated wire through the use of insulation from light-stabilized self-extinguishing cross-linked polyethylene with improved physical and mechanical characteristics and the use of a fiber-optic cable in the design to control various parameters during operation.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the wire is self-supporting insulated, contains the main insulated conductive cores, twisted with a light suspended fiber optic cable around the insulated carrier core, while the insulation of the cores is made of light-stabilized self-extinguishing cross-linked polyethylene with a tensile strength of 12.5 ÷ 21.0 MPa , elongation at break from 200% to 728.5%, oxygen index of at least 25, and the fiber optic cable contains single-mode fiber-optic modules with an attenuation coefficient of not more than 0.34 dB/km at a wavelength of 1300÷1310 nm and not more 0.2 dB/km at a wavelength of 1530÷1550 nm with a pulse width of 100 ns.
The conductive conductors can be made of aluminum, the carrier conductor is made of aluminum alloy, they must be round in shape, sealed. Also, a self-supporting insulated wire can be made with 1, 2 or 3 auxiliary conductors for connecting lighting circuits. The fiber optic cable, which is part of the structure of the self-supporting wire, is made with a dielectric core and can be reinforced with aramid threads.
Today, in the production of cable products, several types of cable can be combined into one unit. In large cities, the load on power lines increases significantly. A huge number of wires hang over open areas and streets, while the wires experience a serious climatic impact and various mechanical influences: the influence of wind, ice, touching tree branches, birds often lead to wire breakage. Therefore, much attention is paid to the reliability of operation of this type of wire. In connection with these requirements, the proposed design of a self-supporting insulated wire has been developed, containing in its composition the main current-carrying conductors, an optical fiber cable for monitoring various parameters, and auxiliary conductors for connecting lighting circuits. At the same time, wire breakage is practically excluded due to the use of light-stabilized self-extinguishing cross-linked polyethylene in the wire insulation with a tensile strength of 12.5 ÷ 21.0 MPa, an elongation at break from 200% to 728.5%, an oxygen index of at least 25, which is characterized by resistance to ultraviolet radiation, resistance to ozone, resistance to adverse weather conditions, retention of mechanical strength and electrical parameters at temperatures from -60°C to +50°C and moisture resistance.
1.When testing for resistance to low ambient temperature minus (60 ± 2) ° C, to elevated temperatures up to 50 ° C, resistance to solar radiation with a duration of continuous exposure - 5 days, resistance to assembly bends of each insulated core in conditions of low temperature (40±2)°C for at least 4 hours according to GOST 31946-2012, no cracks were found on the insulation surface, and there was also no breakdown of the insulation when tested with an alternating current voltage of 50 Hz 4 kV. In addition, tests of such physical and mechanical characteristics as tensile strength and elongation far exceed the requirements of ND (normative documentation), which is reflected in the following table. one.
Thus, the above data prove that the use of light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene with the indicated characteristics in the cable insulation ensures reliable operation of the wire, while the wires are highly stable both under the influence of load factors during the operation of the high-voltage transmission line and under the influence of external environmental factors.
Experience with self-supporting wires has shown that in order to optimize the operation of the wire in various climatic and weather conditions, it is also necessary to ensure constant monitoring of the parameters of the wire, so that in the event of malfunctions in the power system that can lead to failure of the wire, these causes are eliminated in a timely manner . At present, to control the sagging or breakage of wires, the overhead transmission lines are inspected by fitters and are carried out according to the schedule of selectively individual lines or line sections, which, naturally, cannot ensure timely control over the operation of the overhead transmission line. Fiber optic cables included in the design of a self-supporting insulated wire successfully cope with this task.
Fiber optic modules built into the fiber optic cable structure provide objective temperature monitoring to detect critical points on the line. They are used to:
мониторинг температуры провода вдоль всей длины линии электропередач;wire temperature monitoring along the entire length of the power line;
расчет на основании полученных данных допустимой пропускной способности линии;calculation on the basis of the received data of the permissible bandwidth of the line;
определение расстояния до места разрыва при повреждении провода;determination of the distance to the break point in case of wire damage;
повышают оперативность в принятии решений по работе определения мест перегрева и, таким образом, снизить количество случаев перегрева;increase the efficiency in decision-making on the work of determining the places of overheating and, thus, reduce the number of cases of overheating;
управление линией на основе данных контроля.line control based on monitoring data.
According to its purpose, a cable with a fiber optic module should have the same performance characteristics as a standard wire without a fiber optic cable, i.e. the use of fiber optic cable in the design of the wire does not impair its performance. Thus, the manufacture of a self-supporting wire with insulation from light-stabilized self-extinguishing cross-linked polyethylene with the indicated characteristics, together with the use of a fiber-optic cable in the wire structure for continuous monitoring and information transmission, provides a solution to the technical problem, namely, an increase in the reliability of operation of the self-supporting wire.
The manufacturing process of self-supporting wire with fiber optic cable is as follows:
The main round, compacted conductors made of aluminum, the neutral conductor made of aluminum alloy and the fiber optic cable are twisted into one bundle on standard twisting equipment. The neutral core and the main current-carrying cores of the wire are insulated with light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene with specified characteristics.
The insulation is applied on extrusion equipment. The twisting of the main current-carrying conductors, fiber optic cable and auxiliary conductors (if any) is carried out around the neutral conductor. The neutral core acts as a carrier wire. An optical fiber cable is made in the form of optical modules twisting around a dielectric core and contains up to 144 optical fibers for information transmission.
