Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the composition of grouting material and may find application in cementing oil and gas wells.
A known mixture for plugging oil and gas wells containing cement Portland cement - (40 - 60) wt.% And fly ash with a moisture content of (10 - 20)% - (40 - 60) wt.% (See ed. Certificate. USSR N 1802089, CL E 21 B 33/138 dated 03/15/93). Also known is a grouting material containing grouting Portland cement (Portland cement clinker + (3 - 5)% gypsum) - (20 - 50) wt.% And high aluminate fly ash with an Al 2 O 3 content of at least 18% (50 - 80) wt. % (see ed. certificate of the USSR N 1838582 class E 21 B 33/138 from 08/30/93) The last grouting material is the closest analogue to the proposed invention.
The present invention solves the problem of obtaining a more durable grouting material with the properties of shrinkage and self-stress when using Portland cement clinker with a high content of calcium oxide.
This problem is solved due to the fact that the grouting material, including Portland cement clinker, gypsum and fly ash, contains Portland cement clinker with 0.5 - 3.0 wt.% CaO sv and fuel fly ash from burning coal or lignite and / or from burning oil shale or dump ash from burning the same types of fuel containing at least 35 wt.% SiO 2 and at least 17 wt.% Al 2 O 3 in the following ratio, wt.%:
Gypsum - 3 - 6
Specified Fuel Ash - 12 - 25
Cement Clinker - Else,
and for plugging wells with temperatures up to 50 o C use Portland cement clinker containing, wt.%:
C 3 S - 50 - 62
C 2 S - 15 - 30
C 3 A - 5 - 8
C 4 AF - 12 - 15
and for plugging wells with a higher temperature using Portland cement clinker, containing, wt.%:
C 3 S - 45 - 55
C 2 S - 20 - 35
C 3 A - 5 - 8
C 4 AF - 10 - 18
An example embodiment of the invention:
For the preparation of grouting material, Portland cement clinker, gypsum and fuel fly ash or dump ash are used both from burning coal, and from burning brown coal or oil shale, or a mixture of the last two types of ash. In this case, the main condition allowing the use of fuel ash is the content of SiO 2 in it of at least 35 wt.% And Al 2 O 3 of not less than 17 wt. %, which determines its activity, i.e. ability to interact with free calcium oxide contained in clinker. At the same time, ashes of brown coal and oil shale can be used in a mixture at any ratio. The grouting material is prepared by joint grinding of its components to a specific surface area (280 - 400) m 2 / kg or by thorough mixing of all components ground separately to the same specific surface. When plugging, the grouting material is shut with water. According to GOST 26798.0, when testing grouting material with an ash content of up to 20%, the water-cement ratio should be w / c = 0.5, with a higher ash content, w / c increases to maintain mobility.
The strength of the grouting material is determined according to GOST 26798.2-85, linear expansion - according to GOST 10052-74, self-stress - according to a special technique.
2. The composition of the evils is given in table. 1, the test results are in table. 2.

C3S - 45
C2S - 30
C3A - 8
C4AF - 14

C 4 AF - 15
CaO St. - 2.0
In examples 3 to 6, respectively
C 3 S - 45
C 2 S - 30
C 3 A - 8
C 4 AF - 14
CaO St. - 3.0
In example 1, coal fly ash was used, in example 2, brown fly ash, in example 3, brown fly ash, in example 4, coal fly ash; in example 5 - shale fly ash; in example 6, a mixture of brown coal and shale fly ash in a ratio of 1: 1.
As can be seen from the test results, the grouting material can be used for plugging wells with low, normal, and elevated temperatures, has increased compressive and bending strength, and ensures shrinkage of the grouting material due to the presence of a small linear expansion and self-stress.
