Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to microbiological methods for increasing oil recovery in the late stages of development.
Е 21 В 43/22, 1981). A known method of oil production using bacteria of digesters mixed with activated sludge as a nutrient supplier (ed. Certificate. N 859610, CL E 21 B 43/22, 1981).
The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty of its implementation, since the use of the bacterium of digesters is strictly limited by the temperature of the layers within 55-60 o C, it requires compliance with fire and explosion safety of digesters, strictly anaerobic conditions are needed for the life of microorganisms, which are violated in the reservoir from the moment it is opened same well. Subsequently, due to the injection of water containing dissolved oxygen at a concentration of up to 10 mg / l, the medium changes to aerobic-anaerobic in the zone of influence of injection wells. Under these conditions, the bacteria of the digesters lose their viability.
Е 21 В 43/22, 1983). The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of microbiological treatment of an oil reservoir based on a biologically active substrate of a biochemical plant (BHC) for the production of protein-vitamin concentrates (BVK). The method consists in injecting microorganisms into the formation in a mixture with a complex of various nutrients (ed. Certificate. N 1008425, class E 21 B 43/22, 1983).
The disadvantage of this method is the low concentration of microorganisms (calculated on a completely dry substance of not more than 0.3-0.5%) in a biologically active substrate, as a result of which the release of biogas during the fermentation of the substrate in the formation is slowed down, and the efficiency of oil displacement is low. In addition, the use of a low-concentration substrate requires high costs with high transportation costs.
It has also been established that a biologically active substrate of biochemical plants for the production of IOOs may contain carcinogenic benzpyrenes.
In order to increase the oil-displacing ability of the composition as an active substrate, a solution of microbial biomass of non-pathogenic strains of microorganisms from the biochemical production of protein-vitamin concentrates is pumped into the formation.
1. General characteristics of microbial biomass are given in table 1.
Laboratory experiments on oil displacement were carried out on the biological installation of Karaskevich. The experiments used: oil of high viscosity and density of the Baysarovskoye field (γ = 905 kg / m 3 ; ν = 36 MPa • s), a model of mineralized water with a density of 1050 kg / m 3 , an active substrate and microbial biomass of the biochemical production of protein-vitamin concentrates. Glass balls were placed as a filler in the collector.
In the experiments, the concentration of microorganisms in the microbial biomass was 10 wt.% Calculated on absolutely dry matter.
2. The results of the experiments are given in table.2.
From the above data it is seen that when using solutions of 10% concentration of microbial biomass, an increase in oil recovery of 11.2% was obtained, which is 5.8% higher than the increase obtained using an active substrate.
3. The increase in oil recovery for various concentrations of microorganisms is given in table.3.
0,4-6,6%. The data presented in Table 3 indicate that the efficiency of oil displacement with a solution of microbial mass at various concentrations compared with the active substrate at the same concentrations is 0.4-6.6% higher.
Microbial biomass is non-toxic, does not have a carcinogenic and cumulative effect.
The process of obtaining microbial biomass is an environmentally friendly production. No waste from production.
Microbial biomass is packaged and transported by any means of transport in plastic bags of 15-25 kg.
The warranty shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
Well treatment is not limited by location and time. Microbial biomass is able to withstand the temperature of the formation up to 90 o C, adapted to hydrocarbon nutrition, the initial contamination of living cells in 10 5 cells. / g allows you to achieve in the reservoir concentrations of living microflora in 10 10 - 10 13 cells / ml.
