Description
The utility model relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the main electrical power lines used in cable transitions between areas with different pressures, and can be used to ensure the tight passage of electrical cables through walls into a contaminated area, in particular, into the interior of a sealed underground structure designed for explosive experiments.
A prerequisite for blasting is the presence of a system of additional protective structures - pressure walls, which are additional protective barriers. The main power cables, passing through the pressure wall, are subject to mandatory sealing. A power cable is a complex electrical product consisting of metal current-carrying elements (cores, screens), insulators (external, internal insulation) and air gaps. The latter are channels for the passage of excess pressure of environmentally hazardous gaseous products (aerosols) arising from the possible depressurization of the underground room intended for explosive experiments. To eliminate possible depressurization of the underground room, a “gas blocking” system is used, in which the insulating elements of the cable are replaced by melted plastics, masses of compounds, and adhesives. These sealing devices are laborious in execution and unreliable from the point of view of long-term operation, since they are based on organic materials that are destroyed during prolonged exposure to "hard" operating factors during explosive experiments. It is expedient to use through-flow gas-blocking transitions based on glass-, ceramic-, metal materials that do not contain organic materials and are practically not subject to aging. Since the main power cables have copper conductors, it is advisable to make the current-carrying rods of the through transition also from copper in order to minimize the transition resistance of the common electric line and reduce the dimensions of the cable transitions.
Known sealed electrical input [SU No. 619970, IPC H01B 17/26, pub. 07/05/1978], containing a cable placed in the sealing unit, and current-carrying rods, insulated with insulating bushings. The cable sealing unit is made in the form of an element located in the casing, formed from an electrically insulating mass. The current-carrying rods are made conical.
The disadvantage of this device is the lack of sealing between the current-carrying rods, insulating sleeves and the housing. The design of the input is unreliable and in emergency situations (in case of damage to the cable or the formed sealing unit), penetration, for example, moisture, into the protected volume is possible.
Known sealed device with a current lead [RU No. 181310, IPC H01R 13/40, pub. July 10, 2018, bul. No. 19], which contains a body, a glass insulator installed in the body and having at least one axial hole in which the current lead is placed, while the insulator is soldered with a matched junction to the body and the current lead along the contacting surfaces. The current lead is made in the form of a coaxial bimetallic lead, the outer part of which is made of kovar, and the inner part is made of copper. To ensure tightness, the place of the mechanical leaky joint of the surfaces of the inner and outer parts of the current lead is made melted.
This device belongs to low current devices such as relays and connectors. The current lead is made in the form of an element limited in length, in which galvanic connection with external cable lines is provided through a covar sheath, which is impractical when switching power main electrical cables in underground structures, since the cross section of the cable cores reaches 200 mm 2 , while the consumed current reaches 1000 A. Switching of cable cores of such a cross section to current conductors must be carried out by welding or soldering, which is associated with high heat costs, which negatively affect the integrity of the glass-to-metal junction. And for a reliable connection, heat removal is required, so the ends of the current lead must be moved far beyond the limits of the sealing element. In this case, the cross section of all structural elements through which current flows must correspond to the current load. In this device, the presence in the electric circuit for switching power cables with copper conductors of elements from kovar will lead, when providing the required current load, to a significant increase in the dimensions of this junction, the occurrence of large transient resistances, the release of energy in the form of heat, as well as to energy losses in power and a decrease in the reliability of the glass-to-metal junction.
Known closest and therefore adopted for the prototype sealed unit [SU No. 1735914, IPC H01B 17/26, pub. 05/23/1992], which is a device for the passage of conductive elements into a sealed chamber or devices operating under pressure from liquid or gaseous media. This device contains a cylindrical metal (steel) case, in which a partition is placed, perforated with holes, a conductive element insulated with an electrical insulating sleeve passes through each hole, while the conductive elements are made of metal with low electrical resistivity, for example, copper. The partition holes are made in the form of a cylinder, turning into a truncated cone, the base of which is located on the high pressure side. The cylindrical part of the holes is filled with boronoxylate glass, and the conical part is filled with a sealing epoxy composition.
The reliability of this sealing assembly according to the prototype is determined by pouring the sealing composition into the conical grooves of the holes and eliminating glass cracking and depressurization when moisture gets on the heated glass surface in emergency mode, which is due to the operation of the assembly in the aquatic environment.
However, the disadvantage of the prototype is the low reliability during operation in an explosive experiment in underground protective structures. Borosilicate glass is used in the design of the metal-to-glass joint of the prototype, which creates the condition for the use of conductive elements made of copper, and the body is made of steel. However, it is known from the field of technology that in order to create a matched glass-to-metal junction declared in the prototype, it is necessary that the value of the linear thermal expansion coefficient (CLTE) of copper (conductive element) must be equal to the coefficient of thermal expansion of glass (insulating sleeve), and the coefficient of thermal expansion of steel (housing) must be equal to or slightly greater than the CTE of glass. It is known that the CLTE of copper is 18⋅10 -6 deg -1 (steel with a similar coefficient exists). Borosilicate glass with an CLTE of 18⋅10 -6 deg -1 is "non-standard" and requires expensive development and production conditions. From the field of technology it is known [Lyubimov M.L. Joints of metal with glass / M.L. Lyubimov. - M .: Gosenergoizdat, 1957], that the more glass has CLTE, the lower its melting point. Accordingly, the range of operating temperatures for the design of glass junctions based on such glasses will also be limited. This circumstance reduces important characteristics of glass junctions, such as: hygroscopicity, impact resistance and resistance to overpressure, which is important in the conditions of explosive experiments in underground protective structures.
The technical result, which the claimed utility model is aimed at, is to increase the reliability in the operation of a sealed electrical input in the conditions of explosive experiments in underground protective structures.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that a sealed electrical bushing containing a cylindrical metal case with a partition perforated with holes, a conductive element insulated with a glass insulating sleeve passes through each hole, while the conductive elements are made of metal with low electrical resistivity, for example, copper, according to utility model, each conductive element having a thickening formed on the side of the high-pressure area is additionally fitted with a damping bushing, which rests against the said thickening with its end and is hermetically connected to it, for example, by welding, with the formation of an annular gap between the inner surface of the damping bushing and the outer surface of the conductive element, along the length protruding beyond the insulating sleeve, while the damping sleeve is hermetically connected to the insulating sleeve by the middle part of the length, and the gap exceeds the limit but allowable movement of the damping bushing in the zone of its connection with the insulating bushing, and the materials of the housing, damping and electrically insulating bushings are matched according to the coefficient of linear thermal expansion.
The introduction between the conductive element and the glass electrical insulating bushing of the damping bushing, hermetically connected by the middle part of the length with the electrically insulating bushing, and the materials of the housing, damping and electrically insulating bushings are matched according to the coefficient of linear thermal expansion, ensures the creation of a solder joint matched by CTE (housing - electrically insulating bushing - damping bushing) as a typical compressed glass-to-metal junction, which prevents the development of stresses in metal and glass elements that can break the tightness of the glass-to-metal connection.
The presence on each conductive element of a thickening formed from the side of the high-pressure region, against which the damping sleeve abuts against the end and is hermetically connected to it, for example, by welding, ensures the operational reliability of the sealed electrical input due to the absence of destructive stresses at the place of the hermetic connection of the damping sleeve with the thickening of the conductive element. Since the high pressure acting on the hermetic bushing during explosive experiments from the side of the thickening of the conductive element ensures constant compression of the damping sleeve to the thickening. In this case, the welded joint works in compression, which is more preferable under conditions of dynamic shock overloads.
The formation between the inner surface of the damping bushing and the outer surface of the conductive element of the annular gap, protruding along the length of the electrically insulating bushing, while the size of the gap exceeds the maximum allowable displacement of the damping bushing in the area of its connection with the electrically insulating bushing, makes it possible to compensate for the inconsistency in terms of CTE of the materials of the damping bushing and a current-carrying element and ensure a guaranteed exclusion of contact between the damping sleeve and the current-carrying element in the area of creating a glass-to-metal junction with an electrically insulating sleeve. When manufacturing a glass-to-metal junction during the cooling of the glass of the insulating sleeve, the damping sleeve may be deformed due to the compressive radial pressure of the housing with the glass insulating sleeve on the damping sleeve. The absence of a gap can lead to cracking of the glass and, accordingly, to the loss of tightness of the input. In this case, the deformation of the sections of the damping sleeve adjacent to the glass-to-metal junction, free from connection with glass, does not create additional stresses in the glass-to-metal junction. In addition, during operation (transportation, conducting an explosive experiment, as well as further long-term storage in conditions close to permafrost, for example), various temperatures affect the hermetic electrical bushing, which increase the internal stresses of the mating structural elements responsible for tightness. These inconsistent stresses can lead to glass cracking and, as a result, to the loss of tightness of the input and the penetration of environmentally hazardous products into the area where the maintenance personnel are located during explosive experiments in underground protective structures. The presence of the specified gap eliminates the destructive stresses of elements that are inconsistent in terms of CLTE.
Thus, the combination of the above essential features of the proposed device provides an increase in the operational reliability of a sealed electrical input in the conditions of explosive experiments in underground protective structures.
The presence in the claimed utility model of features that distinguish it from the prototype, allows us to consider it as corresponding to the condition of "novelty".
The utility model is illustrated by the drawings:
на фиг. 1 - показан общий вид герметичного электрического ввода, где Р - область высокого давления;in fig. 1 - shows a general view of a sealed electrical input, where P is a high pressure area;
1.in fig. 2 shows view A in FIG. one.
The device is made as follows.
The sealed electrical input (Fig. 1-2) contains a steel
The assembly of the device is carried out as follows.
Each copper current-carrying
4.Guaranteed clearance Δ between the damping
These features make the design of the proposed technical solution more reliable in operation, which is essential for sealed electrical input used in explosive experiments in underground protective structures.
At the same time, the simplicity of the design of a sealed electrical bushing and, accordingly, more technologically advanced production, as well as the possibility of using glass of standard brands, similar to C52-1, in the manufacture of glass-to-metal junctions, makes it possible to reduce the cost of production of the bushing, in contrast to the prototype, which uses a metal-to-glass junction that is difficult to manufacture. borosilicate glass base. The melting temperature of C52-1 glass is about 1000°C, respectively, the operating range of the design is expanded, which makes the characteristics of the glass seal (impact resistance, overpressure resistance) higher and more stable. In addition, it becomes possible to use the material of the glass sleeve, which will create a glass-to-metal junction with increased strength characteristics.
