Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, mainly to the construction of wall panels.
[1]. Known wall panel containing the outer layer with vertical air channels and the inner layer with vertical channels filled with insulating material [1].
[2]. Closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a wall panel with thermal insulation, consisting of a layer of plate insulation and an air gap [2].
A disadvantage of the known constructions is the inefficient use of air as a heater located in channels and air spaces located perpendicular to the direction of the heat flow, due to radiation in which the thermal conductivity of air increases by more than two times and becomes at the level of not the most effective stove insulation.
The aim of the invention is to increase the heat-shielding properties of the wall panel.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the enclosing element with a plate heater and an air gap, an increase in the protective properties is achieved by changing the direction of the air channels to horizontal, i.e. parallel to the direction of the heat flux, and at the same time channels with a diameter of 1 - 10 mm are arranged in the body of a plate insulation, for example polystyrene foam, polystyrene, cellular concrete, etc., occupying 10 - 70% of its volume. Heat transfer occurs mainly by thermal conductivity with an infinitesimal role of radiation.
при объеме воздуха 10% λср.= λп•0,9+λв•0,1 = 0,04 • 0,9 + 0,023 • 0,1 = 0,0383 Вт(м•oC);
при объеме воздуха 50% λср.= 0,0315 Вт/(м•°C);
1.An advantage of the present invention is that the total coefficient of thermal conductivity of the plate heater is reduced by 4-30% and becomes equal to the weighted average coefficient of thermal conductivity of the plate heater plus air. When the coefficient of thermal conductivity, for example, polystyrene foam λ p = 0.04 and air λ in = 0.023 W (m • o C), the thermal conductivity coefficient of the insulation according to the invention is in the following dependence:
with an air volume of 10% λ cf. = λ p • 0.9 + λ in • 0.1 = 0.04 • 0.9 + 0.023 • 0.1 = 0.0383 W (m • o C);
with an air volume of 50% λ cf. = 0.0315 W / (m • ° C);
with an air volume of 70% λ cf. = 0.0281 W / (m • ° C).
In FIG. 1 shows a variant of a
According to the invention, the air ducts 4 in the
2.To obtain λ p = 0.0315 W / (m • o C), 50% of the air must be introduced into the
3. The prepared template is applied to the
