Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and relates to the restoration of worn tubular metal products, for example piston fingers of internal combustion engines.
(2). A known method of restoring tubular metal products, including heating the product with high frequency currents and then cooling it from the inside with a fluid stream (1), and a device for its implementation, containing holders and a multi-turn inductor with an induction conductor (2).
The disadvantage of this method and device is the low quality recovery of worn tubular metal products.
The technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of recovery of tubular metal products.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known method for the restoration of tubular metal products, including heating the product with high frequency currents and then cooling it from the inside by a fluid stream, the heating is carried out by induction in the product of circular currents located in two mutually perpendicular planes, and combining the direction of the currents in one from these planes with the generatrices of the cylindrical surface of the products.
The technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the known device for the restoration of tubular metal products containing holders and a multi-turn inductor with an induction current lead, each turn of the induction current lead consists of sections located at an angle of 90 o relative to each other, while one of the sections of each coil is located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the holder.
д. Induction in the product of circular currents located in two mutually perpendicular planes, and the combination of the direction of the currents in one of these planes with the generatrices of the cylindrical surface of the products will lead to more uniform heating of the products, i.e. to improve the quality of recovery by reducing barrel-shaped, the formation of saddles on the surface of products, etc.
Comparison of the claimed technical solution with the prototype made it possible to establish its compliance with the criterion of "novelty", since it is not known from the prior art.
The proposed technical solution is industrially applicable by existing technical means and meets the criterion of "inventive step", since it does not explicitly follow from the prior art, while the latter does not reveal the essential features required to achieve the specified technical result, which are distinguished from the prototype.
Thus, the proposed technical solution meets the criteria of the invention.

1.A device for implementing the method of restoring tubular metal products according to the invention includes
The method of restoring tubular metal products according to the invention is implemented as follows.
The
