Abstract
Description
The invention relates to general mechanical engineering, namely to spring structures.
An object of the invention is to expand the scope, namely the use of the inventive device as a compensator for spherical parts.
,
где
P - заданное усилие компенсирующего устройства;
f - заданный прогиб (ход) компенсирующего устройства;
φ - угол расположения упругого элемента относительно оси компенсирующего устройства;
B - ширина упругого элемента;
h - толщина упругого элемента;
The problem is solved in that the compensating device for spherical parts contains an elastic element made in the form of a disk spring having the shape of a cone-shaped ring of equal thickness located between two spherical parts, and the parameters of the elastic element are determined from the relation:
,
Where
P is the specified force of the compensating device;
f is the specified deflection (stroke) of the compensating device;
φ is the angle of the elastic element relative to the axis of the compensating device;
B is the width of the elastic element;
h is the thickness of the elastic element;
E is the elastic modulus of the material of the elastic element.
σmax≤ [σ] ,
где
σmax - - максимальное напряжение упругого элемента при изгибе;
[σ] - - допускаемое напряжение упругого элемента при изгибе;
.the radius of the spherical surface of the first part is determined from the ratio:
,
and the radius of the spherical surface of the second part is less than the radius of the spherical surface of the first part by the thickness h of the elastic element, and
σ max ≤ [σ],
Where
σ max - is the maximum stress of the elastic element during bending;
[σ] - is the permissible stress of the elastic element during bending;
.
In FIG. 1 shows a compensating device in the initial state; in FIG. 2 - the same, in the most compressed state; in FIG. 3 is a cross section of an elastic element.
1). Compensating device for spherical parts contains an elastic element 1, made in the form of a disk spring, which has the shape of a cone-shaped ring of equal thickness, located between two parts 2 and 3 with spherical surfaces. In this case, the elastic element 1 interacts with part 3 along two edges A and B, and with part 2 in zone C (Fig. 1).
The device operates as follows. When a predetermined force P is applied, the rectilinear generatrix of the elastic element bends, turning with full compression from a conical part into a spherical one (Fig. 2). When removing the load, the process occurs in the opposite direction.
