Известна метла, содержащая рукоятку с закрепленным на одном конце веником или пучком из хвороста, веток различных деревьев или прутиков другой растительности. Указанная метла обладает следующими недостатками:

подвержена изменениями погодных условий: снег, дождь, жара, холод;
