Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of building materials based on petroleum bitumen and can be used in the construction of coatings for protection against ionizing radiation.
The closest analogue to the proposed composition is a composition for protection against radiation, including bitumen and organic filler [1]
The aim of the invention is to increase the density of the coating compositions for protection against radiation, water resistance of asphalt concrete, improving the adhesive properties of the composition.
This goal is achieved in that the composition for radiation protection, including bitumen and filler, contains asphalt bitumen BND 60/90 oil road bitumen, ground waste optical glass and, optionally, organosilicon liquid 136-41 in the following ratio of components, wt. .
Na2О 0,5; K2O 1,27; Al2O3 0,5; PbO 70,93; SiO2 27,27.Bitumen grade BND 60/90 1.9 3.26
Organosilicon liquid 136-41 0.01 1
Optical glass waste
Optical glass waste has the following chemical composition, wt. Na 2 O 0.5; K 2 O 1.27; Al 2 O 3 0.5; PbO 70.93; SiO 2 27.27.
1, 2.The technology for preparing the composition is as follows: bitumen is heated to a working temperature of 140 160 o C, liquid 136-41 is added to it and thoroughly mixed. A mixture of glass fractions is heated to the indicated temperature, then bitumen is added to this mixture, everything is mixed. The resulting mixture is placed in a preheated to a temperature of 130 to 140 o C form and pressed. According to GOST 9128-84, the pressing load is 40 MPa. Specific examples of compositions and their properties are given in table. 12.
