Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the isolation of water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells.
A known method of processing the bottom-hole zone of a well, comprising injecting an acid solution into the bottom-hole zone [1]
The known method has a low processing efficiency.
Closest to the invention in technical essence is a method of processing a bottom-hole zone of a well, comprising injecting an acid solution with polyacrylamide [2]
The known method is not effective enough. When processing the bottom-hole zone in horizontal or inclined shafts of producing wells, it is not possible to process the entire necessary interval and to conduct high-quality isolation of water inflows.
The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of isolation of water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells.
The problem is solved in that in the method for isolating water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells, including injecting a solution of polyacrylamide and acid into the bottomhole zone, according to the invention, a gelling solution of polyacrylamide is used as a solution of polyacrylamide, the injection volumes of the gelling solution of polyacrylamide and acid solutions are forced into the layers water of increased density, operations begin from the far end of the interval of water inflow and are repeated as they move along the interval of water intake ka, carry out technological exposure to form a gel, wash the well with hydrocarbon fluid from the far end of the well. Before isolation of water inflows, the long production interval of the well is filled with acid, technological exposure is carried out in the bath mode and acid is forced into the reservoir.
When isolating water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of producing wells, difficulties arise in processing significant waterlogged intervals. Traditional approaches to solving this problem give a very low result for the isolation of water inflows. As a result, the water cut of oil in horizontal wells is sharply reduced while maintaining the overall high productivity of producing wells. The proposed invention solves the problem of high-quality isolation of water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells. The problem is solved by the following set of operations.
Before carrying out the operations, it is very useful to fill the long production interval of the well with acid, conduct technological exposure in the bath mode and push the acid into the formation. Thus increase the permeability of the bottom-hole zone of productive intervals. Subsequently, they proceed to isolate water inflows located in the middle zone of horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells. A tubing string is lowered into the well, placing a feather at the far end of the water source. An injection is carried out with a gelling solution of polyacrylamide with a hardener injected into the formation. Selling into the reservoir is carried out with water of increased density. Then, an injection of acid solution into the formation is carried out. Selling a solution of acid into the formation is also carried out with water of increased density. As a rule, the selling pressure of the acid solution is less than the selling pressure of the gelling solution of polyacrylamide. However, it is gradually increasing. The injection operation with the injection into the formation of a gelling solution of polyacrylamide and an acid solution is repeated until the pressure of selling acid to increase the pressure of selling gelling solution of polyacrylamide. After that, it is believed that the treated section of the flooded interval of the formation is saturated with a gelling solution of polyacrylamide. Raise the tubing string by 2-3 m and repeat the operation. Then they again raise the tubing string by 2–3 m and repeat the operations again, achieving isolation of the entire interval of water inflows. Carry out technological exposure for setting and curing the polyacrylamide gel in the reservoir. The tubing string is lowered to the end of the well and the well is washed with hydrocarbon fluid from the residual solutions. Then the tubing string is lifted to the required height according to the operating conditions of the well and the well is put into operation.
As a gel-forming solution of polyacrylamide, a 0.5-0.7% aqueous solution of polyacrylamide with hardener chrome-potassium alum is used. As an acid solution, a 10-15% hydrochloric acid solution or a mixture thereof with hydrofluoric acid is used. For selling into the reservoir, water of increased density, for example, saline solutions, is used. The density of water is determined by the depth of the well, reservoir pressure, etc. High-density water manages to push the solutions deeper into the reservoir at the same pressure at the wellhead. Technological exposure is carried out for a time sufficient for gel formation, usually within 10-12 hours. Injection volumes of the gel-forming polyacrylamide solution and the acid solution are prescribed as (4-6): 1, respectively.
Example 1. An oil well is processed with a vertical and inclined section depth of 940 m and a horizontal wellbore length of 270 m. In the interval of 80-120 m of the horizontal well, a water inflow to be isolated is detected. In the range of 20-60 m, 183-203 m there are productive intervals with oil inflows, then there are productive layers with oil inflows. Thus, the interval of water inflow is between productive oil intervals. Cutting off the water inflow interval will entail a loss of flow rate from long productive intervals. Therefore, a decision was made to isolate the water inflow interval.
Fill the well with a saline water solution with a density of 1.17 g / cm 3 . A string of tubing is lowered into the well, placing the pen at the far end of the source of water inflow, that is, at the mark of 120 m. Injection is carried out with the injection of 15 m 3 of a 0.6% aqueous gelling solution of polyacrylamide with hardener in the amount of 4.5 kg Selling into the reservoir is carried out 15 m 3 water density of 1.17 g / cm 3 . Then, injection is carried out with the sale of 3 m of a 12% hydrochloric acid solution into the formation. Selling into the formation of an acid solution is carried out 8 m 3 of water with a density of 1.17 m 3 . The pressure of the mouth of the acid solution is 8-10 MPa at the mouth, and the pressure of the gel of the polyacrylamide solution is up to 15 MPa. Spend another 1 cycle of injection of reagents with sales, while there is an increase in the pressure of selling acid almost to the pressure of selling gel-forming solution of polyacrylamide. After each processing step, the tubing string is lifted by 2-3 m and the operations are repeated, achieving isolation of the entire water inflow interval of 40 m in length. The process is held to set and cure the polyacrylamide gel in the reservoir for 12 hours. The tubing string is lowered. to the end of the well and wash the well with oil from the remnants of the solutions. Then the tubing string is lifted to the required height according to the operating conditions of the well and the well is put into operation.
3.Example 2. Perform, as example 1. Before conducting insulation work, fill the long productive interval of the horizontal wellbore 183-203 m and 12% hydrochloric acid solution, carry out technological exposure in the bath mode for 12 hours and push the acid into the reservoir with water of density 1.17 g / cm 3 .
Application of the proposed method will improve the efficiency of isolation of water inflows in horizontal or inclined trunks of production wells.
