Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of building roofing and waterproofing roll materials.
Various compositions are known that are used to produce roofing and waterproofing materials, including film-forming, elastic filler, plasticizer and modifying additives. At the same time, these technological solutions make it possible to obtain coatings with low physical and mechanical characteristics and frost resistance.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a roll roofing and waterproofing material, including polyvinyl chloride, high molecular weight butadiene (SKD-1) or nitrile butadiene (SKN-26) rubber, rubber powder, dioctyl phthalate, rosin and chlorine paraffin. This composition is characterized by good heat resistance, strength, but insufficient elasticity and frost resistance. This technical solution was adopted by us as a prototype.
The purpose of the invention is to increase elasticity and frost resistance while maintaining the basic operational properties.
ч. This goal is achieved in that the roofing roll material, including film-forming, elastic filler, plasticizer and modifying additives, further comprises, as a modifying additive, SKN-26-IA liquid butadiene-nitrile rubber, in the following ratio, wt.h.

Polyvinyl chloride 51.0 54.0

Liquid rubber SKN-26-IA 3.0 6.0
The use of SKN-26-IA liquid oligomeric nitrile butadiene rubber as a modifying additive improves the plasticization of polymer ingredients in the composition, while increasing the elasticity and frost resistance of the material as a whole. This rubber, by its nature and polarity, is close to the polymer components of the composition, so it combines well enough with them.
As polyvinyl chloride, PVC waste duplicated with a fabric is used, according to OST 63.8-81 and secondary PVC plastic compound (GOST 19478-74 or GOST 5960-72), their ratio in the mixture is 3: 2; rubber powder rubber powder based on nitrile butadiene rubber SKN-26 or SKN-40 (TU 400-705-25-86); dioctyl phthalate dioctyl phthalate (GOST 8728-88); chloroparaffin chloroparaffin (TU 6.01-568-76); Rosin rosin is pine (GOST 19113-84), and liquid butadiene nitrile rubber SKN-26-IA rubber (TU 38-103-16-77).
The composition is prepared as follows.
In the mixing rollers load the crushed waste of polyvinyl chloride, rubber powder, dibutyl phthalate, other additives and prepare the composition. Then it is kneaded, leafed on leaf rollers and molded into a sheet on a 3-roll calender. The resulting samples are tested.
2. The compositions according to the invention are given in table. 1, and the properties of the compositions according to examples, in comparison with the prototype, in table. 2.
The tests were carried out in strict accordance with the methods determined by the relevant GOSTs.
The results indicate that the proposed material in comparison with the prototype, has increased elasticity and frost resistance while maintaining the basic operational properties (strength, heat resistance and water absorption).
